9:05-9:20 PM. Executive Board Updates
Shaun – hi, Treasurer resigned
Edward – hi, ~48 open seats left on s-f, need people! If already on committee for
SBA, you have priority for that committee for S-F. Appointments meet with Edward after
meeting. Planning welcome-back party on September 15. Early planning stages for
Debate watch party.
Milla – hi, part-time student reception on Thursday the 13th after 7:45, 1E
baseball game, evening delegates stay after
Parker – website, google calendar
Zac – contact list for current members of SBA, New Delegate training will be
after elections
Justin – S-F committees, commission system in cities similar to that, join!
9:20-9:30 PM. Committee Introductions and Updates
1. Law Center Affairs
a. Clinics and Externships: Varoon Modak
b. Registrar: Daniel Smith
c. Technology: Tiffany Li, join Tech
d. OCS: Zac Bench, Shaun doing update - Career services advisory committee
2. ABA Rep: Alexa Sendukas, Shaun doing update
3. Campus Services: Alexis Kellert, now Sweet Yo, new establishment by Subway
owner
4. Elections: Christopher Morgan-Riess, requiring campaign statement, nominations
close Monday night, Thursday 9 am opens ends at 9 pm, run-offs will be Friday 9-9 if
necessary. Tabling Thursday and Monday. There will be a SBA voting booth on
Thursday.
5. Social: Alexa Sendukas and Andrew Adelman, 1st Bar Review is at Eden and citywide place, club-wide email went out with sign ups for Bar Review or Wednesday

6. Special Events: Ashley Binetti and Jessica Montello, Fall Float almost done, getting
contract finalized. Committee meet after.

1. Elizabeth: Bike Racks – let’s ask Adrian Day!
2. Elizabeth: That group thing for selling books, etc. Who’s in charge? Tiffany Li.
Forum? Justin - Well then run to legal. Varoon – emailed about it to Shaun.
Elizabeth – well let’s set it up, people interested in discussing.
3. Visitors – what are the committee? Shaun – SBA committees are House of
Delegates, Student-faculty committees – do policies of the school larger but take
much longer. How often do S-F committees meet? Shaun – depends on the
committee and varies widely. Edward – new reporting requirements for S-F
committees.
