Executive Board

Debbie Bingham (President), VP of Business Development at
One Degree World Systems, Inc.
Welcome, and thank you for your
interest in Win-Win Entertainment!
Jeff Civillico (Founder & Chairman), Caesars Entertainment
Headliner, Live Host & TV Personality
Who we are: Win-Win Entertainment is a 501c3 nonprofit that creates
opportunities for professional performers to give back. Our first year, we
arranged 1 charity performance a month for the Las Vegas community. 5
years later in 2015, thanks to our dedicated family of entertainers and
sponsors, we were arranging 220+ charity performances for at-risk youth,
hospital patients, foster children, and those with special needs. We saw that
what we were doing was resonating with the Las Vegas community, and we
knew we had to scale.
What we believe: We believe in the inherent generosity of the human spirit.
We believe that people want to give back, but they get distracted by the
busyness of their daily lives. We believe that if you make it easy for people to
give back, they will.
What we do: We establish regularly occurring programs with community
partners to provide entertainment for at-risk / disadvantaged youth, children
with special needs, and children in hospitals. We match performers with our
community programs based on their skill set and passion.
Beth Dandy (Secretary), Executive Administrative Assistant
& Administrative Supervisor at Caesars Entertainment
Billy Johnson, VP of Sales at Pink Jeep Tours, former COO
of Las Vegas Wranglers hockey team
Matt Milone (Treasurer), Senior Associate Dean of Legal
Affairs at University of Reno Medical School
Sue Mirman, Retired Optometrist, Philanthropist - Acts of
Kindness, I Have a Dream Foundation, & Las Vegas Academy

Jill Schneider, Director of Citywide Entertainment Group Sales
at Caesars Entertainment
Kendall Tenney, Founder & CEO at 10e Media, emmy-award
winning news anchor for 15 years
Michael Walsh, VP of Economic Development at Las Vegas
Global Economic Alliance
Where we are going: After 5 successful years in Las Vegas, in January
2017 we began laying the groundwork to expand nationally. We are actively
building our national performer database, and we are actively working to
establish philanthropic programs for professional entertainers in new cities.
The first 4 cities outside of Las Vegas we are targeting are Minneapolis, Salt
Lake City, Orlando, and San Francisco.
