Directions: The Interim Assessment Analysis will consist of three parts. Part 1 involves a quick analysis aimed at answering the
questions in the questionnaire below. Take the time to answer the questions as they pertain to your class in general and your small
group in particular. Part 2 is an overview of what you will need review along with upcoming standards from the online curriculum
(OLC) that will be addressed. Part 3 will be a detailed analysis of which standards students need work on divided into whole-class
needs and small-group needs as well as ideas for how to teach each standard (Parts 1 & 2 are due at your results PLC-MegaMind
Meeting). Part 4 will be a more detailed 6-week instructional plan that will lay out when and how you will teach each standard (Part 3
and 4 is due ____________________________).
