Now through January 31, Illinois residents may petition the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) to add debilitating medical conditions or diseases to the state's Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act. Currently over 35 conditions are authorized for medical cannabis certification.
