Below is an easy guide for case managers to follow. Once you have started spending the YPRAP grant you will need to keep a record of your receipts ready to return to YPRAP. Receipts can be returned once you have spent the full grant; or three months after the grant is approved, whichever comes first. If you have provided receipts at the six month stage and these don’t account for the full amount, you will need to provide the outstanding receipts when you have them, this will be your final acquittal. If you have not spent any funds within 6 months of the initial date of approval you will need to return all funds (where applicable) to the YPRAP worker. Additional applications may be made and funds reallocated where appropriate.
