But imbalance is simultaneously happening among
areas, especially for resource and economic imbalance.

In 1980, the average GDP for per person is 1.53 times
and 1.8 times as big as middle and western areas
respectively. Until ninety age,the gap has gotten
bigger,for example figure one:
While in 2002, its average GDP for per person is
2.08times and 2.63times as big as above-mentioned
areas.

data in 2000)
Over fifteen years old people is not over seven years in
average educated time in the village,There are three
years gap with average level in the city.
The labour popular Between fifteen years old to sixtyfour years old in the village,People whose educated over
junior college education is not over one percent,it is
lower thirteen percent than in city.

semiliterate,over three-quarter people concentrate in
the west village 、minority area and remote areas.
In the Yunnan of China: Education actuality in the
village
There are seventy-three areas which are supported
mainly by country in the one hundred and twenty-six
agricultural areas of Yunnan.it is 12.33 percent which
are supported mainly in the total five hundred and
ninety-two areas,illiterate people is 19.02 percent in
the poorly areas.

that there are thirty-two million four hundred and
fifty-seven thousand and three hundred total
population in the village of Yunnan.
These poor population mainly live in deep

minority area and frontier area.

China:Medicine service actuality in the village
According to the third country’s medicine service
investigation in 2003,at present 79.1 percent population
could not have any medical insurance in the village.
Poor population because of illness and reversional poor
population are two-part of pool population in the
village,the rate of dying is sixty to eighty percent in the
middle west area because there are not money to cure.

through satellite and long-distance learning in the
Australia、Korea、Japan、America、Russia.

develops quickly. At present, there are 3 million
professional students ,1.26million college and technical
secondary school teachers 、21 million high and

training through satellite besides 3.6 million college
and technical secondary school students.

and primary school in the village.
