TeamPages Club and League Overview
1. Who is TeamPages League and Club management for?
Coaches, league administrators, parents, and anybody else who's responsible for managing a
youth or adult sports, league, club or group. With convenient, do-it-yourself website and
organization management tools, TeamPages empowers your entire community to connect and
communicate online quickly and easily.
2. What is the difference between club and leagues packages?
The specific needs of each organization are often different which is why TeamPages has a
flexible infrastructure and hierarchy to accommodate different types of organizations. For
instance a league may have to communicate, schedule and manage each team within a division,
while a club is responsible for various teams in many age groups/divisions. For this reason we
have built different tools for each type of organization. Visit our plans and pricing page for

3. Does the system display advertisements?
Whether your organization purchases our club or league online software, you may subsidize the
cost by displaying TeamPages advertisements.
4. Can we use TeamPages with our existing website?
It is entirely up to you. With TeamPages' flexible privacy and permission settings, your club or
league can use TeamPages as a public website or as a private community for your members
while still keeping your existing website.
5. Does my organization get its own domain?
Each club, league and team has the ability to create their own sub-domains to make easier to
tell your members about your new Club or League Website (i.e. myclub.teampages.com). You
may also choose to purchase your own custom domain through http://teampages.shopco.com.
6. We already have a domain name; can we use it with TeamPages?
Yes. By setting up a masked forward through your domain provider you can re-direct your
domain to your new TeamPages website. For further instructions on how to do so, please visit

7. How much coding will I have to do/know to create a website?
None. TeamPages developers have taken all the hard and strenuous work out of creating a
website for your club or league. With every feature and product update, we strive to make
TeamPages more robust yet easier to use.

1. What type of customer support is offered?
TeamPages offers unparalleled customer support. Whether you’re the webmaster setting the
account up, or a coach who has just been invited to administer a team, questions are answered
promptly by either an account manager assigned to your club or league during setup, or through
our customer support line that is available through either email or our toll-free customer
support line.
2. What type of training is offered?
Each league and club client is assigned their own account manager that will coordinate your
setup and training. They are available to answer questions and conduct online web demos for
both you and your staff until you are comfortable with the system.
3. Can our organization try it before we have to pay for it?
Yes. Every account is offered a FREE 30-day trial where you can test and tinker until you're
ready to take over the site and push it live.
4. Does your system handle online registration?
Yes. TeamPages recently partnered with SportsSignup, a company that specializes in online
registration. For more information about SportsSignup and how it integrates with TeamPages,

5. Does your system support seasons?
Yes. Our season management tools allow you to archive old information and make it viewable
to the public. You are also able to transfer teams and rosters from one season to the next, while
still having the flexibility adjust rosters and shift divisions.

6. How much storage space do we get with our account?
Every club and league package comes with unlimited storage space for photos and documents.
TeamPages premium packages extends the unlimited storage capacity to each of your teams as
well.

1. How much does the software cost?
TeamPages offers subscription packages that range from $295/yr to $1295/yr depending on the
type of software you need as well as optional upgrades that remove advertising and add

2. How can I pay for my subscription?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and cheque.
3. Do you offer a monthly payment option?
Yes, all of our plans are available on a monthly recurring basis as well as our standard yearly
pricing. However, note that our yearly payment option offers significant savings over the
monthly price.
4. Does every player have to pay a fee?
No. There's a flat charge for the entire club or league (paid by the "Administrator"), no matter
how many members are involved.
5. Are there any setup fees of any kind?

There are no required set-up fees for TeamPages. You may however choose our premium
setup, which includes data migration from an existing site and a custom banner created by one
of our designers.
6. Do we need to sign a contract?
TeamPages is a pre-paid subscription service. Once you've paid for your annual subscription,
there is no requirement to continue using it the following year.
7. What are the system requirements for TeamPages?
TeamPages is 100% web-based, meaning you don’t need to download any software. All you
need is a computer with an Internet connection.
