• To use data from MAP & ROS cohorts to
examine the relationships between
cognitive domains and indices of
neuropathology commonly associated with
aging and cognitive decline.
• N=652
Main Steps
Identify the underlying factor structure of
• the battery of neuropsychological tests
used in MAP & ROS (17 tests), and
• observed measures associated with
neuropathological changes characteristic
of Alzheimer’s disease, cerebrovascular
disease, and LBD
