Enter the student’s *First Name, *Last Name, Middle Name, and Date Of
Birth
Click ‘Search’

You will want to enroll the student
with the information exactly as it
appears in the search results.

Advanced Search – * Indicates Required Fields

Enter the student’s Gender and Ethnicity/Race in addition to the *First
Name, *Last Name, Middle Name, and Date Of Birth
Do not enter any data in the right section

Internal ID Search – * Indicates Required Fields
Enter the student’s known UID in the ‘Internal ID’ field

reliable search option to use if the
student’s UID is known.

Alternate ID Search – * Indicates Required Fields
Select ‘PS’ from the ‘Source’ drop down box
Enter the student’s known UID in the ‘Alternate ID’ field
Click ‘Search’
The Alternate ID Search may not
return the student UID expected.
This is okay. Use the Student UID
(Internal ID) displayed in the search
results to register the student in
Power School.
