FULL PLAYING MEMBERS

Full Playing Subscription
$1,535.00 per annum – No Joining Fee and cyclical billing is applicable
Includes all match, NZ Golf and Auckland Golf affiliation fees, Hole in One insurance and NZ Golf MAP
insurance fees. Members must also pay a non-refundable hospitality levy of $100.00* redeemable at the
Greenside Lounge and Bar. Prices quoted are GST inclusive.
Direct Debit Payment Option
Monthly direct debit payment option: First instalment $352.00 then monthly payments of $123.00**
Playing Times:
Full Playing Members may play at any time. Refer to Club programme book for regular sections block
bookings. Corporate Days may take precedence.
Golf Club Passport:
The Golf Club Passport is a reciprocal arrangement between Pakuranga Golf club and 6 other clubs that
allows financial members of the Pakuranga Golf Club with full playing rights to play two rounds of golf at
the Pukekohe Golf Club, the Akarana Golf Club, the Muriwai Golf Club, the Ngaruawahia Golf Club, the
Manukau Golf Club and the Peninsula Golf Club per year on specified days and times on a no charge basis.
THE GOLF CLUB PASSPORT
Q. What is the Golf Club Passport?
A. The Golf Club Passport is a reciprocal arrangement between Pakuranga Golf club and 6 other clubs that
allows financial members of the Pakuranga Golf Club with full playing rights to play two rounds of golf at
the Pukekohe Golf Club, the Akarana Golf Club, the Muriwai Golf Club, the Ngaruawahia Golf Club, the
Manukau Golf Club and the Peninsula Golf Club per year on allocated days and times on a no charge basis.
Q. How do I book a game?
A. By ringing the Pro Shop at the club concerned and indicating that you are a member of the Pakuranga Golf
Club and a holder of a Golf Club Passport. Bookings are essential in every case.

NB: The Golf Club Passport can be used after 3.30pm on a Saturday and a Sunday during daylight saving
hours at the Akarana Golf Club.
Q. Do I get a Golf Club Passport Card?
A. Yes you will be issued with a personalized Golf Club Passport Card for the 2016 Golf Year as soon as you
become a financial member for that year.
Q. When does the Golf Club Passport Card membership year start and finish?
A. The start date is from 1 September 2015 finishing 31 August 2016. For those members using cyclical
billing, the start date is the anniversary date of your first payment and the finish is one year out from that?
Q. How does a Golf Club record my card usage?
A. Your membership card is marked each time you play at one of the participating clubs.
Q. Are Golf Club Passport Cards transferable?
A. No. The Card can only to be used by the member allocated the card for the purposes of playing golf and is
not transferable. Any transgressions will result in the card being cancelled.

Thursday: After 1.30pm. Friday, Saturday and Sunday: After 3.00pm. All are subject to time slots being
Women’s 9 Hole Members may play:
Monday: After 1.30pm. Tuesday: Between 8.00am- 8.18am and after 1.30pm.
Wednesday: After 3.00pm or as part of Mixed Twilight. Thursday: Between 8.30am- 9.12am and after
1.30pm. Friday, Saturday and Sunday: After 3.00pm.All are subject to time slots being available.

Notes
1. 9 Hole Members can play one 9 hole round on any given day and pay $20.00 for a second 9 holes if
time slots are available
2. No play on public holidays
3. Corporate days will take preference

Junior Playing Times***
Monday and Friday: No restrictions, Tuesday, Thursday: From 12pm onwards, Wednesday: Mornings and
after 3.00pm, Saturday: From 3.00pm onwards, Sunday: Junior competitions and after 3.00pm
Public Holidays: Book through the Pro Shop on the day
***Subject to ability and approval, Junior Members may be able to participate in some club competitions
and/or have the same playing rights as a full playing member.

Pee Wee Members must be accompanied at all times by a member of the Pakuranga Golf Club or the Club
Golf Professional.

School Holidays/Weekends/Public Holidays: Unless playing in a competition, use of the Club facilities is
restricted to after 1.30pm. Playing the course is restricted to after 3.00pm unless on allocated times on
Sundays.

SOCIAL PLAYING MEMBERS

Social Playing Subscription
$300.00 per annum – No Joining Fee
Includes all match, NZ Golf and Auckland Golf affiliation fees, Hole in One insurance and NZ Golf MAP
insurance fees. Members must also pay a non-refundable hospitality levy of $100.00* redeemable at the
Greenside Lounge and Bar. Social Playing members pay Green Fees: $30.00 per round. Prices quoted are GST
inclusive.
Playing Times
Monday: No restrictions. Tuesday and Thursday: After 12.30pm. Wednesday: After 3.00pm or as part of
Mixed Twilight. Friday: After 9.30am. Saturday: After 3.00pm. Sunday: Phone on the day to book.

CONDITIONS
Hospitality Levy*
 Conditions apply. Hospitality Levy is non-refundable.
Monthly Direct Debit Payment option**
 Direct Debit option above includes an administration loading fee.
 The first instalment includes the first month subscription fee, Auckland Golf Inc. and NZ Golf
affiliation fees, $100.00 hospitality levy and an administration fee.
 Subsequent instalments will be processed on the16th day of the following month until the balance
of the subscription fees is fully paid.
 By electing the direct debit option, members are liable for the full payment of the annual
subscription even when members opt out of this payment option during the member’s membership
year.
 Any cancellation or dishonoured monthly payments will result in the outstanding balance of the
subscription for that membership year becoming payable immediately plus a 2.5% late payment fee
on any outstanding amount.
 This option will continue to be applied on renewal of membership at new subscription rates until
further advice from members.
 Should a member decide to upgrade or downgrade their membership status to another category at
any time, the new direct debit amount will be applied at the time of the upgrade or downgrade until
fully paid within the member’s membership year.
 If a credit occurs at downgrade to another category, no refund of monthly payments will be made.
The credit will be allocated to the new subscription fee.
Junior Membership***
 Subject to ability and approval, Junior Members may be able to participate in some club
competitions and/or have the same playing rights as a full playing member.
