It is a violation of City of Dripping Springs Ordinance No. 1910.1, Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance, to sell alcohol within the
City Limits without a valid permit. City Alcoholic Beverage Permits expire annually and it is the applicant’s responsibility to
maintain a current Permit and display it at all times in a conspicuous place within the licensed place of business. By signing
below, I acknowledge that all information written above is true and correct and that I understand the yearly requirement to
renew my City of Dripping Springs Alcoholic Beverage Permit by providing a copy of my current Texas Alcoholic and
Beverage Commission license and paying the applicable fees for the renewal of my City Permit. Failure to do so may result in
being deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon final conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one
thousand dollars.
