before 2002?
The search defaults to the current
time period, but if you’d like to search the
1997-2001 results, then select “To search
our earlier archives, please click here” in
the opening paragraph.
From here, type in the horse, rider,
or owner name you want to search and click
the SEARCH button. Your results will show
any time that name appeared in our earliest
database. We began archiving results in
1997.
• Can I tell who owns the horse?
Yes, the current owner is listed just
under the horse’s name. This is the current
owner of record, not the owner of the horse
in any year you might be searching in.
• How do I know who else was in the class?
By clicking on the name of the horse
show, you can see the complete results from
the horse show. Look down to the class and
how tough the competition was in the class.
• Where else can I go from the show
records?
You can also click on the rider’s
name in blue and see the rider’s complete
show record. Or go to the High Point
REPORT category listed under each record
to see where the horse ranks in that
category.
• Why are some of the horse’s names in the
results in red?
We’re glad you asked. We
accumulate the sire, dam and damsire of
each of the horses in our database for use in
the Breeder’s REPORT. If your horse’s name
is in red, please email us at
[email protected]
and give us your breeding information.

• Do you need to verify where your horse has shown for your local or state high point program? Print out your complete show record.
• Where has your competition shown so far this year?
Where do I start?
In the left hand column, choose
Check Show Records. Our database is
divided into two segments – the year 2002
until now, and the period of time from 19972001. The current results search returns
results from 2002 through the current year.
Type in the horse, rider or owner
name you want to search. BE SURE to
indicate if you are searching for a horse or
a rider or an owner as these are maintained as separate data fields in the database.
The database will return any choices
that seem to fit the criteria of your search.
Find the entry you were looking for in the
list and click on it to see his current year’s
show record. You will also see a list of any
other years from 2002 through the present
time period for which he has a show
record. You can click on an individual year
to look at or select ALL YEARS to see his
complete show record from 2002 through
the present.
