Biller FAQs – University of Guyana
The University of Guyana was just added to the Bill Express network of billers.
Customers can now pay fees and dues for the University at any of the over 50
Bill Express locations.
1. What type of University of Guyana fees/dues can students pay at the
Bill Express locations?
Students can now pay any of the following fees/dues using Bill Express:
1. Registration Fees: Facilities Fees and Tuition Fees
2. General Dues: Fines and other fees not covered under Registration Fees
3. Summer Registration Fees
4. Application Fees: Application fees and late application fees
5. Dorms: Dorm Rent
2. What do students need to have in order to pay fees/dues?
Students need to produce their Unique Student Identifier (USI) to pay their
fees/dues, or their Application ID along with their National ID to pay their
Application Fees.
3. Can Students use Bill Express to pay their loan fees?
No, but students who have loans can pay their Facilities Fees using Bill
Express.

6. Why should students use Bill Express to pay my University of Guyana
fees?
Bill Express has a wide network of convenient locations, longer opening
hours with some locations open even on weekends. Students will also
only need to have their USI or Application ID along with their National ID in
order to pay their fees/dues with Bill Express.
7. How long do I have to wait for the processing of the payment?
When you pay at the Bill Express locations, you do not have to wait for
your account to be updated; your Student Registration Records are
updated within 24 hours when you use Bill Express.
8. Do the students still have to drop in their receipts when using Bill
Express?
When using Bill Express, students are not required to drop in their
payment to the Bursary.
9. Are there any fees associated with using Bill Express?
Yes, students are required to pay fees per transaction as follows:
Registration Fees: $300
Summer Registration Fees: $200
Dorm Rent/Application Fees/General Dues: $100
