Match Rule 16.
Prior to the third match of the season, each club with two or more
teams in the league shall inform the Match Secretary in writing of the names of two players
in Men’s and Ladies leagues, and one man and one lady in Mixed leagues, for each team
other than the lowest team who took part in at least one of the first two matches. These
nominated players shall not be eligible to play in lower team matches. Failure to provide
these names will result in the league management committee deciding on the nominees.
Clubs may request to change their nominated players at any time during the season. The
request to change must be made in writing to the Match Secretary at least three days prior
to the fixture and permission must be granted by the management committee officers.
