EDGEWOOD COLLEGE
UNDERGRADUATE CERTIFICATES
IN ORGANIZATIONAL
BEHAVIOR AND LEADERSHIP
Edgewood College’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) is pleased to offer three undergraduate certificates
that address current and emerging issues for today’s leaders and managers. These certificates provide an excellent opportunity
to upgrade your leadership and management skills without having to commit to a full college degree program. However,
the courses in the certificate series are exactly the same as those that make up the degree program and would count toward
completion of the bachelor’s degree should you choose to pursue that goal in the future.

• Adult learning principles pervade the facilitation of each course.
The centerpiece of each course is a major project that is critiqued

I’m excited to be working with the adult learners
who attend Edgewood’s Organizational Behavior
and Leadership program. The interactive exchanges
that we have are fueled by their willingness to share
their experiences and insights. The classroom is
a collaborative environment in which we explore
how to translate frameworks and models into
results-oriented strategies. It’s gratifying to witness how the skills
and knowledge they learn are immediately used to promote effective
workplace relationships.
Admissions Materials: Due 2 weeks prior to the term in which you
begin to attend classes. For example, admissions materials for Term
A, 2017 are due August 7.
