In DATE, we worked with Bridgespan to develop an effective and
sustainable funding strategy, with one key question in mind:

To answer these questions, we performed several analyses:
• Analysis of historical funding trends and capabilities
• Benchmarking of local and national peer organizations
• Expert interviews and desk research
The Bridgespan Group is a non-profit organization
that advises mission-driven organizations and
philanthropists.
We conducted three types of analysis
