Seniors LaSalle University has extended their Early Explorer Program application deadline from November 15 until November 30. BLUE MASS OF THANKSGIVING Our annual Blue Mass of Thanksgiving will take place tomorrow here at Roman. In addition to being thankful for all our blessings, this will be a time to express thanks and gratitude to the members of our law enforcement community for their dedication and sacrifice each and every day. We would like to honor the parents of our Roman students who are serving in law enforcement. Students whose parents serve in law enforcement are asked to sign them up in the Office of Student Affairs. If you have any questions, please call the Office of Student Affairs. Attention all Seniors: The Alumni Association cordially invites you to attend the Annual Alumni Memorial Mass and Communion Breakfast which will be held this Sunday, November 29th. Mass is scheduled for 9:30 at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. The Breakfast follows immediately at the Sheraton Hotel. This year we are very honored to have United States Senator Pat Toomey as our guest speaker. While there is a normal $25 charge, all seniors are invited for free. However, you must register online. STAR WARS DRESS DOWN DAY Students interested in participating in the Star Wars dress down day without buying the tshirt may bring their $2 to the Student Affairs Office. Students must wear something Star Wars. THANKSGIVING DAY FOOTBALL GAME Thanksgiving Varsity Football game is 10:30 at Roxborough High School. Tickets are being sold in the Financial Affairs Office for $5. Ticket prices increase at the gate on game day to $10. Purchase your tickets now and Happy Thanksgiving! FOOTBALL Any injured varsity football player that still has equipment at River field must come tomorrow after school to pick up your equipment. TENNIS Today's workout for new players is cancelled due to cold temperatures. ICE HOCKEY Hockey was defeated by Saint Joes Prep last night 7-2 with goals by Pat Stermel and Henry Brolly. VOLLEYBALL Volleyball will have Open Gym tomorrow at Lloyd Hall (1 Boathouse Row) 3:45pm-6pm, and Saturday 11/28 at Roman gym 11am-1pm. Anyone interested is welcome to come. No experience required.
