Thirty-Six Holes of Individual Stroke Play Competition.
Play will be on the Fawn Lake Golf Course in
Spotsylvania, VA. Blue tees for the Men’s Division.
White tees for 50 and over.

PRIZES
Awards are based on the size of the field and the
number of flights. The purse will be based on a field of
60 players.
ENTRY
The entry fee is $200 per player covering two rounds
of tournament play and practice balls. Please fill out
and return this form with entry fee before Wednesday,
October 15, 2014. Entries are limited to the first 60
players.
PRACTICE ROUND
There is an optional practice round available
October 21 – 24.
