Old South Church turns blue
to
support
understanding
disabilities
READING – On Saturday, April 2nd the Old South United
Methodist Church will be turned blue for a night to raise
awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder. This “Light It Up Blue”
event is in honor of World Autism Day and coordinated by
Understanding Disabilities.
There will be photo opportunities on the front steps of the
church at 7pm. All residents are invited to wear blue, and
come out to show your support of those with Autism Spectrum
Disorder and to increase acceptance and inclusion of those
with the disorder.
