Northeast Girls NPL Home Team Responsibilities
Earlier in the week, confirm Referees.
This should be handled through the Home Club’s regular Referee Assignor.
Bring to Match:
At Field: Team Benches
Hydration Station
2 (two) copies of the official US Club roster
Indicate game day roster on each copy:
- cross off players not dressing
- hand write at bottom any younger NPL players playing up
and/or age appropriate ECNL players
in accordance to Northeast Girls NPL Rules & Regulations Appendix
- player information required: Player name, Date of Birth, Jersey number
and primary team (ECNL U14, NPL U13, etc)
1 (one) copy of the Game Day roster (18 player maximum)
- cross off players not dressing
- hand write younger NPL or age appropriate ECNL players
Player passes (Unless Coach keeps these – varies by team)
Referee Fees (Fee Schedule found in Northeast NPL Rules and Regulations Appendix)
A copy of Northeast Girls NPL Referee Procedures for reference (Also lists Fee Schedule)
3 Game Balls (your club’s normal game balls)
Prior to the Match:
Meet with Away Team Manager:
Obtain 1 copy of their official US Club roster with game day roster indicated
Write down game day roster on Game Report
Have Team Manager or Coach sign the roster
Meet with Head Referee:
Provide 1 copy of your official US Club roster (if they want)
On the Game Report, write down the names of the 3 referees & grade (usually 8 or 7)
Keep this Game Report with you during the match (not the referee)
Pay the Referee
During the Match:
Keep track of goals. - player # and time of goal.
Keep track of any cards issued - time and player #.
Must keep track of BOTH teams.
Record this information on the Game Report
After the Match:
Confirm stats with the Referee and get signature (near score box)
Get all Player and Coach passes back from Referee
Collect all game balls
Call in Score* immediately after match
