Two Main Methods to Move Emails to pst.folders on Your Computer
Right Click and Move
Select the email(s) you want to archive to the .pst folder.
1. For a single email, click the message to highlight.
2. For several emails, hold down the CTRL button and click on each email you want to
move to one folder (these do not need to be consecutive).
3. For a consecutive section, click on the first email you want to move, scroll down to the
last email you want to move and hold the Shift key before you click on the last email and
this will highlight a section of emails
4. For the entire list (ex: all sent items), click on the top email in the list, do CTRL A and it
will highlight the entire list.
Right click on files that are highlighted and click "move".
Choose the folder you want to move the emails to and the emails will move to the folder.
Drag and Drop Method
Click the email(s) you wish to archive and hold the mouse button.
Drag the email to the folder you wish to move the email to and release the left mouse
button to move the email.
