What is Topgolf?
Before you begin here’s what you need to know…
Topgolf is the premier golf entertainment destination where
the competition of sport meets your favourite local bar. You can
challenge your friends and family to addictive point-scoring
golf games that anyone from the hopeful pro golfer to your
7-year-old cousin can play year-round.
Topgolf events are for a minimum of 10 guests and maximum
of 200.
A dedicated Event Team will look after your group from
beginning to end.
All event guests receive a lifetime Topgolf playing card.
A full list of players’ names (first name and surname) will be
required no later than 72 hours prior to your event.
All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.
Just picture a 240-yard outfield with dartboard-like targets in the
ground. The closer to the centre or “bull’s-eye” you get and the
farther out you hit your microchipped balls, the more points you get.
Score even bigger with Topgolf’s extensive food and beverage menu
that is sure to impress even the pickiest foodies. It’s not golf –
it’s Topgolf.

Step 1 Reserve your Topgolf Bays
Step 1 Reserve your Topgolf Bays
A Topgolf bay is your playing area. It’s where the golfer within
you can be let loose.
Pricing
Each bay accommodates up to 5 players at any one time. Guests
with their own golf clubs are more than welcome to bring them
along, however we provide golf clubs free of charge.
Off-peak bays – £40 per hour
Monday to Wednesday

Thursday and Friday9am – 7pm
You also don’t need golf shoes, collared shirts, tweed trousers or
fancy belts to play Topgolf. We’re golf but we’re also a cool bar and
restaurant, so dress smart or casual, or smart casual! Our bays are
heated during colder periods, but don’t let that stop you bringing
your latest winter coat purchase just in case.
Peak bays – £60 per hour
Thursday and Friday 7pm to close
Saturday and Sunday open to close
Prices are set per bay, per hour. Event bay reservations
are for a minimum of 2 hours. Hourly reservations include
unlimited Topgolf.

Your dedicated event hosts will energetically scurry from bar to bay providing your group with drinks throughout your event,
but we always recommend pre-ordering a selection for extra smooth running. Bar tabs with a pre-agreed value amount can be
arranged for ultimate flexibility.

Our private spaces are ideal to soak up the full Topgolf experience
and atmosphere, perfect for welcome drinks and food. We have
many options available and your event planner will provide you with
all the information and pricing you will need.
Prize Pack £50
It’s going to get competitive, be sure of that, so make it memorable.
Prize pack includes a trophy for the winner, longest drive and
nearest the pin, along with medals. Fortunately for the person who
finishes last there’s a wooden spoon with a sad face on it.
Topgolf Pro £50
85% of our event guests are non-golfers, which inevitably equates
to a number of tantrums! Our Topgolf Pro is a golfing expert and can
help your guests feel more confident about their game with some
quick tips and fixes.
Finally if there is anything else you would like that isn’t listed

accommodate any requirements as best we can.
