Q: WHEN CAN WE START USING CANADIAN
CURRENCY IN MACHINES?
A: We are converting existing machines to accept Canadian
Currency. The roll-out is scheduled for Monday, May 8 – Thursday,
May 11.
Q: HOW MANY MACHINES WILL BE CONVERTED?
A: Over 100 machines will be converted to accept Canadian
currency during this time.
Q: WHERE WILL THE MACHINES BE LOCATED?
A: Canadian currency machines are available in smoking and
non-smoking sections of the gaming floor. They will be identified
by the Canadian flag posted on top of each machine. You may
also find the location of the Canadian machines by using the “Slot
Concierge” button on the Promotion kiosks. Class II/Video Gaming
machines located in the Mohawk Bingo Palace area will not be
converted at this time.
Q: WHY DOES MY FAVORITE GAME NOT ACCEPT
CANADIAN CURRENCY?
A: Not all games can be converted to accept Canadian currency.
We still need to have some available for our US guests.
In addition, not all slot manufacturers have made their product
available to accept Canadian currency. We hope they will in
the future.
Q: DO THE CANADIAN MACHINES ACCEPT BOTH
CANADIAN AND AMERICAN CURRENCY?
A: These games will only accept Canadian currency. They will not
accept American currency.
Q: CAN I USE MY “SLOT PLAY” ON THE CANADIAN
MACHINES?
A: “Slot Play” is accepted on all Canadian currency machines.

Q: CAN I EARN POINTS ON CANADIAN CURRENCY
MACHINES?
A: Yes, the earning rate is $13 coin in = 1 point.
Q: CAN I USE THE “CASH-OUT TICKETS” FROM
THE CANADIAN CURRENCY MACHINES IN THE
AMERICAN MACHINES AND VICE VERSA?
A: Cash-out tickets from the Canadian currency accepting slots are
not the same as American machines and vice versa.
Q: WHERE DO I REDEEM MY “CASH-OUT TICKETS”?
A: Canadian currency “Cash-Out tickets” can be redeemed at a
ticket redemption machine next to the main Winners Club Cashier,
as well as at designated windows at both Cashier Locations.
Q: IF I WIN A JACKPOT ON A CANADIAN MACHINE
WILL I BE PAID IN AMERICAN OR CANADIAN
CURRENCY?
A: Jackpots on Canadian currency machines will be paid in
Canadian currency (cash or check).
A: Taxable jackpot threshold on Canadian currency machines
will be posted daily at both Winners Club Cashier locations. This
amount will fluctuate based on the exchange rate.
Q: WHAT OTHER OFFERS DO YOU HAVE FOR

A: Exchange your Canadian currency at the daily bank rate at the
Winners Club Cashiers or by using any one of our convenient Cash
Out and Exchange kiosks located on the gaming floor.
A: Take advantage of the Stay at Par program in our beautiful
Hotel. This offer is available Sunday – Thursday. If you are paying
with cash it is at par or if you are using a Canadian Credit Card to
pay you will receive a 30% discount off the advertised rate.
