PHCC to Comment on Lead Paint Document PHCC, along with the Lead
Paint Coalition, will soon submit comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) on a framework document recently released EPA. The document
outlines the approach EPA intends to take as it drafts a new lead paint
regulation governing commercial and public buildings. The coalition will argue
that EPA is depending on computer modeling in order to assess health risks of
lead paint dust exposure in commercial and public buildings, rather than
scientific data and research. PHCC will make the comments available to
members once they have been filed.
