Key Worker Within the Targeted Prevention Alliance SALARY Between £17,891 and 19,939£19,0 RESPONSIBLE FOR Working with vulnerable people, motivating them to make positive changes and improve their health and wellbeing through a person led, strengths based approach RESPONSIBLE TO Senior Key Worker CORE PURPOSE To improve the wellbeing, resilience and independence of people living in Stockport, to reduce, delay or prevent people from accessing formal or statutory services TPA Service and Performance Manager Our Key Workers will provide a single point of contact, and work with vulnerable people to explore their strengths, and networks of support through a guided conversation. You will help people find their own solutions, and co-develop personal plans to motivate people to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing and independence.
