presenting results of empirical and policy-relevant economic research.
Malawi Journal of Economics
MAJE invites manuscripts in economics for consideration for publication.
Manuscripts will be sent anonymously to at least two referees, and authors should
ensure that information about the authors, institutional affiliations and
acknowledgements only appear on a separate cover page. Each manuscript
submitted for consideration should not exceed 8,000 words in length and should
include an abstract of no more than 200 words. The manuscript must be typed in
1.5 line spacing with single spaced footnotes. Use Times New Roman 12 points
font size for text and 10 points for footnotes.
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically in MS Word to the Chief Editor,
Malawi Journal of Economics, Department of Economics, Chancellor College,
