Shelter Rental
$65 first 5 hours
Large pavilion, picnic tables,
two charcoal grills, water,
electric and indoor restrooms
For only $40 you can reserve the Teaching Circle for
your next outing or overnight.
Located across from the wetland next to the library is a
self-guided nature trail and teaching circle complete
with a fire pit surrounded by wooden benches. This
area can accommodate up to 100 people.
Scout leaders will appreciate the abundance of
educational and environmental opportunities this circle
and path can provide. It is the ideal setting for scout
activities, service projects, and ceremonial events.
Auditorium / Theater
$45 - $50 per hour
12' x 12' movie screen
Comfortably seats 75
Equipped DVD & VHS
Grand Prairie Class Room
$35 - $40 per hour
Accommodates up to 50 guests,
2 dry erase boards, tables
and chairs.
This room can be separated
into 2 sections and configured to
suit your needs.
Entire building $130 per hour
Rentals reservations are by the hour
This rustic camping area is available for scout groups
who would like to experience a camping adventure
close to home.
These areas can be reserved by scout groups and
teachers only.

State Park is located on the north side of Stearns Road
between Route 59 and Route 25.

Scheduling
All programs are scheduled on a first come
first served basis.
Programs will be held rain or shine unless
cancelled by the Park District.
Be sure to dress for the weather and outdoor activity,
as all programs may have an outdoor
segment, barring weather extremes.
