Information sheet Eurest FAQ
What do we offer?
Kindergarten student are given a set menu only which is table served.
Kindergarten set menu → set meal consists of a choice of raw
vegetables and fruit, 1 meat dish served with vegetables and starch,
water or yoghurt or milk.
Eurest Nutrition Department
Eurest Nutrition dept support all chefs during menu structure &
provide judicious healthy choices. Bringing additional information
about nutritious values and component. Also supporting QA dept on
any aspect regarding quality of supply for the best interest of
consumers. On monthly basis Nutrition dept send to all operation the
“monthly health news” in order to vehicle information about safety and
health.
Junior & Senior school → Set meals consists of free flow of
raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, steam rice, bread and
fresh fruits cut, choice between Asian and Western main
course with starch, 1 dessert, choice of yoghurt or drink (1).
In addition senior school has a range from a la carte offer or
sandwich station.
We insist in providing Healthy & Nutritional Food. All the
students and teachers can have access to a variety of homemade
snacks and drinks.
Eurest QA dept (Quality auditing)
Eurest QA dept insure monthly site visit to Shekou International School
and proceed to swab test and food analyses. Results of analyses providing
from independent lab are automatically sent to Eurest General Manager in
order to avoid any collusion. Compulsory training is organized with Eurest
staff for additional hygiene and procedures application.
Regular visit of existing and potential suppliers are monitored by QA
reporting on HACCP application by them.
Research on website information from Chinese health dept (AQSIQ) is
daily track to inform Clients if any inconsistency or alert on harmful
product (e.g.; milk issue, avian flue…)
Eurest purchasing department
Eurest purchasing dept proceed to selection of food supplier by
launching yearly tender in order to select and maintain high quality.
Regular supplier site visit are done and Eurest comment form
including corrective action are applied.
It is compulsory for all suppliers to have approved operation
licenses by Chinese government (FDA) Food, drug &
administration
Daily Eurest site support is done and service complaint is totally
managed by purchasing department for comprehensive food
quality control.

Set Menu for KG/ES at RMB 20.00
***HACCP (Hazardous, analysis, critical, control, point) International
system and procedures of hygiene methods and control.
***AQSIQ = the administration of quality, supervision, inspection and
quarantine
Set Menu for MS/HS student at RMB 25.00
