Preliminary
Short title
This regulation may be cited as the National Energy Retail
Law (Queensland) and Another Regulation Amendment
Regulation (No. 1) 2015.

Commencement
(1)
Part 2 commences immediately after the commencement of
the National Energy Retail Law (Queensland) Regulation
2014.
(2)
Part 3 commences immediately after the commencement of
the National Gas (Queensland) Regulation 2014.
