dissertation or pass the final or comprehensive exam by May 26, 2017.
In order to participate in Commencement, please complete the following:

1. Advancement to candidacy form turned into Graduate Studies by noon
2. Register on-line to participate in the Graduate Studies commencement ceremony
by midnight https://gradstudies.ucdavis.edu/current-students/commencement
By Friday, May 26, 2017
1. Commencement Release Form submitted to Graduate Studies, 250 Mrak Hall or by
fax at (530) 752-6222 by 5 p.m.
By signing this form, we understand that participation in commencement is ceremonial. Final degree
requirements must be met in order to receive a graduate degree from UC Davis. Signatures certify
that we anticipate the student will complete all degree requirements by September 30, 2017. Both
student and faculty signatures are required for this form to be complete.
