CLASS DAYS AND TIMES
We are offering our preschool and
pre-k programs from 9:00am-1:00pm
Monday through Friday. For
preschool, we have found that for
some children, coming to school
consecutively works well, while a
break between school days works
better for others. At least three
days is recommended for your pre-k
child as we build on our themed
activities through-out the week –
this also gives them a stronger
opportunity to develop their social
skills with some of their fellow “farm
hands”. We aim to meet you and
your child’s individual needs, so
please check for openings on days
that work for you.

(just west of Fields Bridge Park and
the Tualatin River). Our little
“charm farm” is nestled in the trees
at the base of Pete’s Mt. in a
relaxed country setting. We

The preschool years are an

OUR PROGRAMS
At the Friendship Farm, the children
can explore their world thru many
different paths. We offer a
balanced program of teacherdirected activities that reinforces,
enriches, and challenges the
children, where they are respected
as an individual; while also focusing
on child-oriented activities that
allow for “hands on” exploration
that leads to creative thinking,
independence, problem solving, and
encourages cooperation and sharing
with others.
With indoor activities and seasonal
themes, the children will learn
through art, music, crafts, social
connections, large and small motor
skills, cooking, dramatic play and
more. Our outside “farming”
atmosphere offers plenty of
exploration with nature, gardening,
as well as a safe and fun play area –
it’s truly a unique environment for
your child to be…and learn…and
grow…and bloom!
