What the patient sees when logging in to Patient Access in EMIS when they have the
access details sheet form the practice.
From the Practice website at http://www.moretonhealthclinic.nhs.uk/ find Prescriptions then Order Your
Repeat Prescriptions Online
This should bring you through to screens as shown in the following screenshots – which will allow you to
register with the EMIS Access system.
Or type into the web-browser https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk
Click Register the first time you go in as it is only the “Register” process that will accept the
numbers on your letter.
Click yes
Now fill in your details from the sheet you have been sent
Now make a note of your chosen password
Put in your contact details
Select and answer your security questions – You will need these if you forget your
Password or Login ID
When you click sign in as shown above you can enter the system using your newly
created access but you must take note of your User ID shown here – and
remember the password you have set.
In future ignore “Register” and simply “Sign in” with your User ID and Password.
And the system will take you to the following – except you won’t be Pepper Pig
If you forget your password on your login there is no need to contact the practice.
Simply click on the buttons on the website as follows
The system will ask you to enter your details as follows
And click Next
You will then be asked to answer your security questions that you set when you
registered
And click Next and the system will tell you that you will receive an email with a new
password or login – whichever you have requested.
