Varma’s eServices for pensioners are also available to you if you live abroad,
provided that you have personal Finnish banking codes or a mobile certificate
required for logging in to our service. Access to the eServices is activated once
the payment of your pension or rehabilitation allowance starts.
You can choose from two optional routes to log in to
your pension data on our open website:
• through the eServices menu on the Private customer
front page or
• via the Pensioner page.
By using our online services, you will
always be up to date on your pension
On our eServices, you can check the amount and payment
date of your next pension or rehabilitation allowance any
time. You can also view a breakdown of the payments that
have been made to you during the previous 12 months.
Report your new address and account
number on our eServices
If you are living abroad, it is important for you to inform
us of your change of address, because not nearly all
countries automatically provide us with foreign address
information. You can report your new address and other
contact details conveniently on our eServices. You can
also change the account into which we pay your pension,
whether it is a Finnish or foreign account number.
Confirm your residence report annually
online

If you are living abroad permanently, you must annually
confirm to us your information using the residence report,
in order for you to continue receiving pension payments

from us. We will send you a residence report only if we do
not automatically receive your information from authorities.
If we send you a residence report to fill out in December,
you can speed up the handling of the residence report
by confirming your information on our eServices. If your
address has changed, please notify us of your new address.
Print out your pension certificate
quickly online
Through our eServices, you can quickly print out a certificate stating the amount of your monthly pension,
as well as the pension payments that have been made
in the current or previous year, if you need a pension
certificate for the tax or social welfare authorities.
