STAUFF Portfolio Local solutions for individual customers worldwide Process Products HI-CLEAN Pipe and Tube Supports HI-CLEAN pipe and tube supports are especially developed for use in industrial low and high-level cleanrooms with the highest demands on hygiene and design, and are used mainly in process technology and in the food or pharmaceutical industries. Stainless Steel Series • fixing common pipes with external diameters between 6.4 mm and 168.4 mm • optionally as pipe anchor with silicon insert or pipe guide with PTFE insert • for top or bottom mounting, optionally as single or multiple-run version • innovative, patent-protected construction form according to the requirements and guidelines of the ASME-BPE (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) • rounded edges and corners to prevent pollutant adhesion • all metal components are made of rust-free stainless steel • if desired, with electrolytic, high-gloss polished surfaces • all plastic components meet the requirements of the FDA ( Food and Drugs Authority in USA) Plastic Series • fixing common pipes with external diameters between 6.4 mm and 152 mm • clamp material: polypropylene (PP-blue) or Santoprene (SA natural) • material for metal parts: stainless steel or carbon steel • smooth-finish surfaces for clean-in-place (CIP) installations • modular design for multiple mounting configurations • Santoprene (SA) is FDA approved SUPERLOK Twin Ferrule Compression Fittings Thanks to the special metallic gasket over a double compression ring, SUPERLOK Twin Ferrule Compression Fittings joints are guaranteed absolutely leakage-free for liquid and gaseous media. At the same time, they are suitable for applications in both high-pressure and vacuum zones. As standard, they are made of stainless steel and thus be used where parameters demand a high level of safety. • low tightening torque • various sizes available from 1/16”- 2” ( also metric dimensions) • suitable for gaseous media and high-pressure applications amongst others Test Coupling As a rule, test points of the STAUFF Test product range are made of steel with chrome-(VI)-free surfaces or stainless steel 1.4571, and are ideally suited for monitoring and controlling pressure, as well as for ventilation and sample collection in high- and low-pressure systems. SKK version with poppet valve • for fluid and gaseous media • simple connection of measuring, testing and switching devices while on-line • permissible operating pressure 630 bar (9.000 PSI) • special version for filling reservoirs Level Gauges STAUFF level gauges of the series SNA, SNK and SNKK can be used for the optical and/or optical / electrical monitoring of fluid levels in reservoirs, and can optionally be used with sensory thermometers, thermostatic switches or temperature sensors, which then replace the lower banjo screw of the level gauge, and can be used with the corresponding display equipment. STAUFF level gauges are particularly impressive due to their good chemical and UV-resistance, and are available in different nominal sizes and structural shapes depending on the application situation. A selection of special materials rounds off the range. Process Products Throttle and Flow Control Valves STAUFF Throttle and Flow Control Valves are made of 1.0715 steel with chrome-(VI)-free surfaces or stainless steel 1.4571 with a polyamide turning knob. Fluid control and flow shut-off in both directions - optionally in one or both directions. Depending on the application, they are available in different nominal sizes and fitting versions. Types DV/DRV for in-line mounting • nominal sizes: DN6 to DN40 • maximum operating pressure: 350 bar (5.000 PSI) • maximum temperature: +100 °C (+212 °F) • thread form: optionally BSP or NPT • optionally with counter nut for switch panel mounting Types DVP/DRVP for manifold mounting • nominal sizes: DN6 to DN40 • maximum operating pressure: 350 bar (5.000 PSI) • maximum temperature: +100 °C (+212 °F) Type DVE for catridge assembly • nominal sizes: DN6 to DN16 • maximum operating pressure: 350 bar (5.000 PSI) • maximum temperature: +100 °C (+212 °F) • thread form: optionally BSP or NPT Check Valves STAUFF check valves are made of 1.0715 steel with chrome-(VI)-free surfaces or 1.4571 stainless steel as a rule, and only allow liquid media streams to flow in one direction. Depending on the application, they are available in different nominal sizes. Type RV for in-line mounting • nominal sizes: DN6 to DN40 • maximum operating pressure: 350 bar (5.000 PSI) • maximum temperature: +100 °C (+212 °F) • thread form: optionally BSP or NPT Manometer STAUFF manometers are intended for the mechanical determination and display of pressures between -1 bar (-14.5 PSI) and 1.000 bar (14.500PSI). The pressure measuring devices, which are filled with glycerine, comply with EN 837-1. The casing and all components that come into contact with the media are made of 1.4301 stainless steel, and the side glass is made out of acrylic. Depending on the application, they are available in the nominal sizes 63 and 100 and have a broad accessory range (e. g. for bracket or flange mounting or with a protective cap). Type SPG • nominal sizes: 63 and 100 • maximum operating pressure: up to 1.000 bar (14.500 PSI) • standard dual scales with pressure indication in bar and PSI • maximum temperature: +60 °C (+140 °F) • thread form: optionally BSP or NPT • connection: optionally on the underside or the back • special chemical version is available on request Process Products Clamps according to DIN Clamps for the secure fastening of pipes, hoses, cables and other construction components are as a rule made of steel with chrome-(VI)-free surfaces or stainless steel. They cover a diameter range between 5.5 mm and 521 mm, and are suitable for the most varied application areas, due to their construction design.
