Applications will be judged, and the winner will be selected according to
the following criteria:
1. Leadership skills and work orientation as demonstrated through
participation in extracurricular activities and/or part-time
employment.
2. A cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale) as of
January 2017.
3. Must plan on attending a college in Nebraska.
