Fall Festival
Fall festival is always a great time for the
entire family. Each year every classroom
is responsible for a game and basket to
be auctioned off. The game will be held
in our classroom. This year our theme for
our basket is GAMES. (board games,
card games, etc.) Our game, well not
actually a game, is nail salon. So all you
creative moms that would love to paint
nails, here is your chance. There will be
no prizes needed at our game, we will
just need a variety of nail polish colors
and workers to paint nails for 30 min.

Fall Festival is October26th.
The Festival of Sand is being held this weekend behind
the Chamber. Take a look at the unique sand sculptures
and vote for Briarwood for the peoples choice award.
Lots of our faculty and staff, along with, many students,
have worked very hard at preparing an awesome
sculpture!
SPELLING
First spelling list and spelling
homework will be coming home
next week. Spelling homework
will be due on Friday!
FIELD TRIP
WE will be taking our first field
trip on Thursday, Sept. 27th. WE
will be traveling to different
places in our community as a
review from our community
theme. We will be having a
picnic lunch at Covington Park.
More information will be coming
home about our field trip next
week, along with a permission
slip for you to sign.
