TEAM/PLAYER REGISTRATIONS – to be submitted by 5.00pm
Friday 10th March,2017
Registraton Checklist 2017.
All of the following is required to be completed to successfully register your players
for the 2017 season. Failure to complete all steps for the age groups you have teams
in will result in your players not being registered for 2017.
□ All Clubs must book a time to bring in your registrations. Call Joanne
or Nicole to confirm. Office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to
Friday. Failure to have your team nominations in by Friday 10th
March at 5.00pm will mean that your players will not be playing in
season 2017.
□ MiniRoos Team Registration Sheet (for each MiniRoos Team).

□ MiniRoos Nomination Sheet (available on Macquarie Football website
in “Forms & Docs” or follow the link above).
□ Girls only MiniRoos Nomination Sheet (available on Macquarie
Football website in “Forms & Docs” or follow the link above).
□ Competition Teams Registration Sheet (for each Competition Team)
with a minimum of 9 Signatures to guarantee team entry. Printed
from SportingPulse. Must include signatures for each player in the
team. Photos for reach player playing in All Age, Over 35 & Zone
League (both men & women) must be uploaded into MyFootball
Club.
□ Club Team Grading Recommendation Sheet for all mixed teams
(available on Macquarie Football website in “Forms & Docs” or follow
the link above).
□ Girls-Womens Grading Sheets for all Womens/Girls teams (available
on Macquarie Football website in “Forms & Docs” or follow the link
above).

□ Individual Team Information Grading Sheet for each Competition
team (available on Macquarie Football website in “Forms & Docs” or
follow the link above).
□ Any Match Day fixture requests (this will be accommodated if
possible) and Field Layout map of your Oval with notes if certain
Age Groups are to play on certain fields.
□ Cheque, BPAY or Direct Deposit for 1st Registration Instalment
(Invoice previously emailed to your Club on 1/3/2017)
