The Project
Construction of a two level, 116 bed hospital.
Current Status
Works carried out this week (external):

Structural steel erection to roof areas of level four of the hospital arcade.
•
Blockwork walls to level one of building two.
•
Vapour barrier and roof sheeting to arcade roof.
•
Insulation, vapour barrier and wall sheeting to buildings two, four and five plant
rooms, and level one wall.
•
Fitting of window frames and glazing to buildings three, four, five and six.
•
Construction of water storage tanks.
•
Stripping scaffold to buildings one and three.

First fix hot and cold water pipe installation to wall frames of buildings four and

Installation of communications and data cabling to buildings four and five.
Nurse call and Security cabling to buildings four and five.
Internal wall framing, sheeting, setting and bulk insulation to buildings one,
three, four and five.
Internal metal works to levels one and two of building five.
Core filling of internal blockwork to level one of building two.
