REMOTE GAMBLING ASSOCIATION (RGA)
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
This form must be completed by all applicants seeking to become
members of RGA. If you have any queries about this form or about
membership of the RGA then please contact the Director of Business,

In order to qualify applicants must:

Be licensed for gambling activities and operational within the
European Economic Area (EEA), the Channel Islands or the Isle of
Man. This does not mean that all of the applicant’s gambling
activities have to be in these jurisdictions, but at least some must be.

In addition, gambling software suppliers will qualify if they are
licensed directly or supply their products to at least one remote
gambling operator who is licensed and operational in the EEA,
Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Have their applications approved by the RGA’s Executive Committee

On being admitted as members, pay the annual subscription fee and
commit to paying it in subsequent years (full membership is
presently based on a fee of £15,000 per platform, with the two
platforms being online betting and online gaming). Software
suppliers will pay £15,000 each for membership. Payment is due
from the first day of the month on which the member was admitted
and must be paid within one calendar month of admittance. The
initial fee will be pro-rated on a monthly basis for the period since
the last annual subscription was due from existing members.

Online gaming counts as a single platform irrespective of how many
methods it is delivery by ( e.g internet, interactive TV, mobile etc)
