Community League - Challenge:Future

This is a Community development league which is based on
promoting coordination among various smaller community for
the developmental activities.

Vision, Mission and Motto of the
Project
 Vision: The vision of the project is to initiate the
development of resources for the development of the
human society and all forms of life for a better,
peaceful and meaningful world
 Mission: Initiating the platform for the development
of the community and the greater society as a whole.
 Motto: Infinite Souls blessed in the spirit of humanity,
cooperation and development
Flag, Logo & Anthem of the project
 The Flag of the project will consist of Black, Brown and
White colours. The three colours will represent the three
different skin colour and their intersection is a message
that humanity is united beyond skin colour and racism.
 The logo in the centre of the flag will consist of a
interconnected circle. The circle will consist of a fish, a
butterfly, a pair of hands and a growling leopard signifying
that the society and nature is connected in resources and
we all have a commitment towards it.
 The anthem of the project will be “Souls united in one
spirit of mother nature and a prosperous life”
The working and development of
the Project

The project initiation I am looking to launch is
with a unique concept of developing
community under “Network and League
format based projects”

This will involve starting a country based
league website which will be divided into
chapters. Each chapter can start a project for
community development.

The project related to the development of the
local community will be undertaken by
specific local service and community clubs
that will function under the overview of the
country forums. The country forum will in
turn be a part of the inter country regional
forum which in turn makes up for the global
council for the complete administrative
overview and the mentoring assistance in
terms of planning and funding.
 The league will have separate divisions.
Some will be based on Astro signs
(Chinese,Western,Mayan &
Numerology).

There will be network project under
function of University, schools City,
Rural & Corporate houses.
 Lastly there will be local and regional
level administration for the overview,
administration and funding of the
development projects,
 The project can be tied up with local
government bodies for the accelerated
development of their local community
Astro based Leagues
 This will be league based on Astro signs.
Individuals will be able to join as per
their date of birth and form the teams.
 However one who joins one Astro league
will not be able to leave the league mid
season. They must complete one
complete project or yearly commitment
before leaving the team whichever is
latter. The season will run from 1st Jan to
31st Dec.Anyone desirous of leaving the
league team needs to notify the team one
month in advance to do so.
 Every team will have their anthem, logo
and specific websites under the
organizational website to mention their
specific project and their achievements.
Also the collection of votes for every
team will be done through the
organization website.
 Astro League will consist of 12 teams.
Each team will have members as per
their birth numbers from across any area
of the world. The League teams will then
need to take up projects focusing on
specific community development
projects through the team members.
 Every Astro league team will have a
yearly performance review and a five year
championship fight based on their
development of the projects. The teams
need to disburse funds and undertake
projects even at micro level by involving
every member of the team. The more the
number of completed projects and the
amount of positive votes collected will
decide the Astro League champions.
How the league will be decided
 The league will be decided
annually for each of the levels on
the amount of community
project work done in sum total.
 The innovation and the amount
of involvement in the
community project and service
innovation clubs will add up to
the points. The points will be
collected on the grading of the
jury committee consisting of 5
independent and qualified
members.
 The votes for the teams will be
given based on the likings of the
members.
 The accumulated points along
with the grading points of the
jury committee over 12 months
will decide the winners of the
yearly league.
 The top three winning teams
will get sponsorship for a joint
project apart from other benefits
as like discount on community
service availing facility.
Intercontinental Championship
 There will be 7 teams
 Antarctica will be the wild
including Antartica.These
teams will comprise of the
individuals from the
respective continents to play
in the championship after
every four years.
 The teams are Asian Jumbo,
African Lions, North
American Eagles, South
American Jaguars, European
Bear, Oceania Sharks &
Antarctic Dolphins.
card team that will comprise
of the best individuals that
could not make it to the other
6 teams. These members will
be decided on votes.
 Only 7 members including 3
active players,2 reserve
members, One mentor and
one assistant staff can be
drifted in from the other
continental team on mutual
consent and agreement.
Inter continental Championship
 The top four teams from each of the
leagues will play for qualifying
round pitted against each other
across the leagues to be decided in a
round robin format. The bottom
four teams will be relegated
instantly based on voting of the
individual community development
projects undertaken
 Ultimately the top two teams from
each league will move towards the
title round. The best four third
placed team will play amongst
themselves to decide the top two
play off teams making the top 10
teams for the league championship
 Amongst the top 10 teams from the
league championship the 7
continental teams will be created
selecting the representation of
respective continental country
members.
 Only the wild card members whose
teams have crashed out of league
championship yet they have
personally achieved individual
milestones for the organization
based on recommendation from
teams they represented will then be
ultimately selected for the wild card

representing in the Inter
Continental Championship
The two alliance system
 There will be two alliance system comprising of six Astro
teams .The two alliance system will be named “United
Development Alliance” (U.D.A.) and “National Progressive
Alliance” (N.P.A.)
 There will be a yearly analysis between the two alliance
based on the individual and the collective performance of
the Alliance team. The winning team will be permitted to
work on a yearly jointly developed project of the alliance
 U.D.A. will consist of
(Aries,Leo,Saggitarius,Gemini,Libra,Aquarius) & N.P.A. will
consist of (Taurus,Virgo,Capricorn,Cancer,Scorpio,Pisces)
University Network League
 This will be a league where students can
create their own university network. The
University network will work on social
development project through the
University development research project
undertaken by University funding and
the students of the University.
 The university will work on the research
and innovation of the university and the
overall contribution it makes for the
betterment of the society. It can include
community science, technology and
education fair for the young people to
participate and understand the new
context in research and development of
the young minds
 The university will be ranked in terms of
the numbers and the points they collect
for the innovation and research work
they do.
 Every university can take up a specific
development project and based on the
research and the league from every
country and region the top 5 universities
will be declared champions.
 The University will be specifically
encouraged to take up socially inclusive
development projects. It can range from
Applied Science, Entrepreneurial
development and other researchdevelopment project that will help to
build a socially integrated and an
upgraded sustainable community.
University Network League
 Every top grade university that
makes a significant contribution
towards the research with top 5
of every country will get a
scholarship to implement the
project.
 The University students from
every city will get funding
support to connect and work on
research projects with the
University students from
immediate neighbourhood of
the city for the extended
community development.
 Micro Loans for every top
research and development from
the major universities of every
city in a country will be
financially awarded to take the
project to the next level for its
realization and to make it
functional.
 The University faculty will also
have special project funding to
work with students for
mentoring and proper guidance
to community development
project initiative undertaking.
City Network League
 This will be a league based
on the cities and their
individual projects.
 Every City can form their
own groups and hubs and
work on their specific
development related
problems
 Any local city club,
community chapter and
even sporting clubs can
join hands in development
projects
 The major cities of every
country will form a
network to work on the
development for specific
cities and their immediate
neighbourhood.
Student Network League
 Here students of schools
can take up a micro
development under the
mentorship of their
teacher in schools.
 These projects can be
related to the development
of education, school or
other feasible project that
can be taken up by school
students
 Teachers of every school
can add themselves up as
mentors .They can help the
students to create projects
and create development
and community
improvement work
 Educational Project which
will be socially helpful can
be initiated through

Rural Network League
 This will bring together

communities for
training and social
development projects.

Rural Network League
 The communication cell will have a
single computer with internet access
where training will be done on
education-health and self help training
and development
 The mid level group will meet once every
three months at a specific location where
atleast 5 members from each village can
join together for a discussion and the
next pilot project
 Women can learn about household skills
and men on Agriculture and other micro
entrepreneurial skills.
 The Meso meet up will take every year
where exhibition and meeting of the 25
villages will take place. Also monetary
reward for the best village, best project
and best coordinated mid level groups
will be awarded.
 Development of the rural infrastructure
through community development
projects will be the prime focus of the
specific rural network league.
 Micro community development projects
will focus on individual rural area (A
single village) and use the funding to
solve the immediate problem with the
local community members of the
organization project.
Corporate Development Assistance
League
 This will be a league based on the conclave of corporate teams.
Every Corporate team will have to pledge to take atleast to fund
two individual community development project in a 5 year
period after which there will be performance review.
 The teams will form a team of B+ (Be Positive Group) .The main
focus of the group will be to take up assistance and development
projects with a focus on vulnerable areas and society as they may
choose.
 The best team of the corporate will win based on their collected
votes in lieu of the development project undertaken decided by
the board of B+.That corporate entity will be given the B+
Leadership award from the organization.
City and Rural Network Project ranking to
measure & plan progress for community
development initiatives
 As for the city network league project needed and progress
there will be ranking of X,Y,Z with X,X Square and X Cube
along side same for Y representing the various ranking.
This will indicate the level of work needed to be done
specifically for the cities with X being the lowest rank and Z
Cube being the highest rank in terms of achievement and
development need of the community initiatives.
 Similarly for the rural network league project
A,A+,A++,A+++ following with B & C.C is the lowest
ranking with A triple plus the highest ranking in terms of
achievement and progress of the rural network league
projects to decide on the future funding and planning
needs for development of a community.
Young Diamonds Initiative
 This will be a community youth encouragement forum and
will only function through individual funding or
Sponsorship at will or by interest.
 The function of this Young Diamonds Initiative will be to
promote Community Sports may be under the initiative of
Local Sports Clubs.
 It can also be used arranging for entertainment shows in
local community from 25th Dec to 1st Jan every year which
includes singing,dance,magic,poetry and other creative
entertainment along with sports meet endeavours where
everybody of the local community can participate.
Network League Funding
Mechanism
 The five network league projects each needs to have a
principal sponsor respectively. They will put in 50 % of the
project and the remaining of the money will come in from
respective registered members of every separate network
league projects.
 As for the co sponsors their money will be used for any
individual project of particular interest to the sponsors.
Also certain position of the entire funding which is 25%
will be kept for contingency annually. On the fifth year 50%
of the contingency fund if carried forward continuously
will be utilized and the remaining 50% carried forward to
the next 5 year development cycle again to be reused.
Community Research Development
Initiative Action
 The community research development initiative action will
include accessing the needs of the community & innovative
research needs as developed from the quarterly reports. In
that manner providing for research and development
support in association with helping young and innovative
minds of every local community will be a part of the
initiative.
 Funding if for individual projects can be through the
league system or the community funding scheme under 7
colour Star badge program. However if it is advertised
under specific network league projects then it should be
done through the individual organization advertising the
research project under specific network leagues.
Choose your teams to join
 The University, School, City, Corporate and the rural
network league leader s can decide to join the twelve teams
of the Astro signs for mentoring
 The team they join will act as their mentor, help them with
their development of the individual projects. They will also
help to get monetary help and sponsorship support for the
projects. In this manner they will also collect own
individual points.
 The twelve mentoring groups of the Astro signs will be
Aries (Strong Horn), Taurus (Bull Fight), Gemini (Quick
Think), Cancer (Clinger), Leo (Pride), Virgo (Analyzer),
Libra (Balance Storm), Scorpio (Dark Sting), Sagittarius
(Fire Breath), Capricorn (Sense),Aquarius (Whirl Wind) &
Pisces (Fin)
The team you represent
 The Western Astro teams will only be for mentoring
purpose on the individual projects which you can use only
for guidance and mentoring. The best mentoring and
guiding team will earn points on an accumulated basis. The
teams can only be chosen on the basis of your birth date.
 However there will be two more league system for the
individual projects. The two more leagues will be based on
the Mayan and the Chinese Zodiac system. The Chinese
league will have 12 teams and the Mayan League will have
20 teams
What will decide which league you
join
 If you are not officially part of the University ,School
City, Network league projects but rather want to take
part through individual projects then only you are
eligible to join either the Chinese or Mayan League.
 If you are a University Student then you can take part
in the Chinese League and if you are a School student
then you are a part of the Mayan League teams. The
teams you will choose will be decided based on the
birth number calculator to assign your team.
Chinese and Mayan League teams
 The Chinese league teams will consist of Rat, Ox, Tiger,
Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog
& Pig. Every team will help to develop independent
projects for development specific to research and
development needs as per the local community they are
looking to work on.
 The Mayan League teams will consist of Crocodile, Wind,
House, Lizard, Serpent, Death, Deer, Rabbit, Water, Dog,
Monkey, Grass, Reed, Jaguar, Eagle, Vulture, Earth, Knife,
Storm & Flower. Developing student involvement project in
the local community would be the main aim of the
individual teams.
Numerology league team
 This will be the last level of the league. This will be
only for individual entrepreneurs or people from a
specific village or city outside the network league.
They can take up individual projects under their
specific number team based on the birth number.
 There will be 11 teams where you can join based on
your life path number. Every team you join will guide
you to take individual social entrepreneurship projects
which should be directed at benefitting a particular
cause in a local community anywhere in the world.

 The Astro league will be based on team community
projects and their project directed at social development of

 University students who want to initiate independent
community projects in relation with the University but
outside official University network league project can do so

Funding Structure of the four
league
 The four separate league format is designed for
participation and work though four separate set of people
and working in four different styles. Therefore the funding
structure of the four leagues will be similar in structure
with only difference in collection and disbursement related
to the projects.
 Astro league will be funded from the individuals, team
collection and the sponsor of each league.
 Similar arrangement is to be made for the Chinese, Mayan
and Numerology League system where the individuals and
the teams along with their sponsor will fund their
respective projects.
Sponsorship Board
 The board of Sponsorship will be a board that will
undertake activities, discuss and monitor the sources of
sponsorship and funding for the community development
projects. Sponsorship board will have an auditor to submit
quarterly reports to the organization sponsors and the
government for financial transparency.
 Sponsorship will be required for every team as a title
sponsor. Co-Sponsorship to help a team in certain
individual community development projects will be
advertised in the websites.
Sponsorship Board
 The sponsorship board will also consist of arranging
and trying to secure sponsorship for the four league
system. Every league will have a title sponsor apart
from top 4 team monetary award.
 There will also be awards in terms of individual best
contributors (Top 5) from every league. It will include
giving them opportunities for individual mentorship
and giving them an opportunity to work on their
project individually through seed funding

Think-tank
 The policy making and development ideas think-tank will be
developed that will be divided into 12 Astro teams. The report
and publication models discussed in the earlier slides will be
worked upon for every country to assess the needs and planning
for the community development as per the specific needs.
 Every Astro team will operate on a separate project of
development and policy development under the research &
development models under a yearly publication scheme.
 The context will be on the development of the project by each
Astro team that will be helpful and sustainable for the
community development after undertaking a detailed country by
country analysis and survey for research report publishing.
Discussion and Development
Forum (Ideas Revolution Platform)
 There will be a discussion and development forum that
will be there for discussion much like a public chat
room.
 It could be on topics like
Cuisine,Technology,Media,Education.Corporate world,
Economics, Politics, Sports, Entertainment etc.
 There can be constructive and creative entrepreneurial
project development initiated by an individual or a
group. The main motive of the forum is to encourage
ideation and develop revolutionary ideas for the
benefit of humanity.
Regional Conferences
 There will be a group to conduct regional conferences
from the respective regions.
 The regional conferences will meet after every 3
months to meet and discuss on the agenda of their
next plan .
 The discussion would take place on subjects of trying
to generate, channelize and utilize funds for
Beggars,Hawkers,Prostitutes,Children &
Women,Education,Health,Media,Culture & Sports. It
will take part under inter country regional forum every
6 months.
National & International
Conference
 After every 2 years there will be a national conference
to find the research and development agenda carried
from the regional conferences
 Next after every 3 years there will be an International
conference to decided on the international issue of
development.
 There will be core discussion and implementation core
action committee for poverty reduction &
development programme. Skill development and
employment generation for lower economy people.
Funding Cell
 These cell will be composed of one member head from
each country under whom there will be 5 regional
executive. They will work for the arrangement of
funding for the development projects for their
respective countries and regions.
 There will be another committee for Rural and Urban
city group. Each will have 5 members .Their job is to
look after specific city and rural development schemes
and arrange for fundraising for the projects.
Research and Development
 The main focal areas of Research and Development
here would be on Human Sciences, Philosophical
Sciences, Environment,Culture,Technology for
development.
 Public Policy development for the betterment of the
human society will be the main focus for the research
and development. Funding will be tried to be provided
as much as possible for research policy development
and implementation for better society
Sponsorship Cell
 One of the most important cell. It will have 75 members in
total .Every region which are Asia,Africa,South America,
North America, Oceania and Central America will have 10
members will arrange for the sponsors to fund different
events.
 The best performers will form the part of the Star Brigade
who will be the leaders from their continent. The
additional 15 members with no more than 4 members from
one region selected on the basis of merit and experience
will form the support and mentoring team for sponsorship
generation
Media and Communication Cell
 The media and communication cell will have 25
members in 5 levels. The first level will work on the
promotion of activities of the think tank. The second
level will be working on the social media cell. The
third level will work on the promotion of the
intercultural dialogue. The fourth will work on the
marketing of the think tank through media and
communication to angel investors. The fifth will work
on the communication and networking for
collaborative team development of the organization
Selection and Revenue
 The selection and revenue of the team working will be
dependent on merit and funding. Initially the team
may need to work on voluntary basis for which they
will be arranged other benefits and of course
appreciation certificates.
 Organization will try to source revenue from its
commercial activities and try to fund its Non Profit
Think Tank for development Purpose. Revenue
channeling from organizations & collective funding
will be the prime focus.
Bottom Action Plan Section
 Working on the policy formulation and the channeling of funds
for their upliftment and monthly insurance plans of the
vulnerable and underprivileged is the focus of this action
initiative. The main motive of the plan would be to create a
micro fund and insurance plan for beggars,hawkers ,footpath
dwellers .It will involve public funding and a systematic
investment plan from the stakeholders themselves for their
social insurance and development. The micro funding will be
50% from the funding agencies and the rest from the community
development self sustain scheme to encourage entrepreneurship
& skills development for the bottom section giving them a time
lease of 5 years to repay money and community health insurance
scheme of maximum amount of 25000 rupees for a family of 4.
Service Development Clubs
 These will be clubs that can be formed in association
with NGO’S or community clubs. The NGO’S will be
located in every specific village. There will be a
monitoring club for every state/region.
 Here on a daily and weekly basis vocational training
part from professional education will be given. The fee
structure will be divided as per the capabilities.
 It would be in a monthly recurring scheme for the ones
who can afford. Free for who belong from the most
vulnerable section of the economy.
Exchange Programme
 This will be a student exchange program much like a
volunteering program. Students of the privileged family
can take a fellowship exchange program to the rural and
remote area for a developmental project of a year.
 The exchange program will be built & designed to be
undertaken for leadership, development and community
service for the development of the society.
 Community specifically chosen will be allocated for
students from University and Colleges to contribute for the
development through free teaching, development project
undertaking with the help of University or Schools etc.
Sports and Community
Development Programme
 This will be a regional network .It will be connected
through universities, school and colleges in the rural and
urban area to encourage sports and community
development.
 Every year there will be a community scholarship under
Miscellaneous program that will be utilized as per the
regional network preference.
 Sports Scholarship will be given to allow the local
community young sports people to develop. It would
include working together of the young children in the
community for their joy and cooperative mental
development.
Technology Innovation and
inclusive policy development grant
 There will be a specific grant for science innovation
and technology for the development of the human
civilization and the society overall.
 The grant will specifically focus on technology and
innovation specific for the upliftment of the inclusive
society.
 It will be distributed only for projects endorsed by
Universities, schools and individuals with proper
expertise or guidance for a renewable two year basis.
The Cycle of 12
 Every year for 12 months a cycle of 12 region,12 countries,12
cities and 12 villages specific.
 The development projects will be taken up specifically
keeping in mind these regions. It will be developed for a
specific year being divided into each month.
 Every Astro team must choose the city, country or region
they want to focus upon with their chosen or specific
development projects and should not be a part of the same
city or rural network league project in the same year.
The 16 Digit Initiative
 It will be the focus of the four pillars
“Population,Poverty,Education and Health. The four pillars
will have four sub focus areas. The project will work with
specific improvement and development project basis.
 The Four sub areas will taken up by a team which can be
worked upon by University or School team. They will have
to work for atleast a year on the project. Funding will be
tried to be provided from us and they are also encouraged
to seek funding from inside & outside sources.
Four focus areas of Population
 The four sub focus areas of Population are
 Population Control: This will look to delve deeper into
the implementation of population control policies
and the utilization of the projects in coordination with
government,
 Population Channeling: This will work on the
principle of utilizing the population with the
surrounding sustainable development for the overall
progress
Focus areas of Population
 Lifestyle Development: This is an important initiative for
the development of the remote and conflict areas .It will
work on the utilization of the M.I.R.A.C.L.E. initiative
(Medicine,Intelligence,Resource,Academics,Community,La
w,Entrepreneurship) for the improvement of the lifestyle of
the huge deprived population
 Old age and Youth: The coordination of the youth
workforce for working on development and upliftment of
the aged population. It will include focus on old age
entrepreneurship and creative ways of involving them with
initiatives from the youth for meaningful engagement
Focus Areas of Poverty
 Poverty Entrepreneurship: The main focus for the
upliftment of the poverty stricken population would be to

creation of a joint forum. It’s main area of concern will be
to provide social and economic well being through health
camps and skills training workshop. It will operate through
regional and micro areas with in the urban and rural
section

 Alliance against Poverty: This is a forum which will be
active in all parts of the world. It will work with the
joint functioning of the private and the public
initiatives along with supplemental effort of NGO’S to
provide loans to the poor for constructing shelters,
street shops and a basic insurance for health.
 Poverty Removal Financing: The funding that will be
provided by the “Alliance against Poverty” will be given
to NGO’S who will work with the bottom section to
develop their skills and utilize their products to return
atleast 50-75 % of the loan to be eligible to re-apply.

 Employment Education: The education initiative of the
think tank will be focused to provide education including
skills development and trade craft building focused
educational initiative
 Access to Education anytime and anywhere: The main
focus will be to allow technology and cyber technology in
the form of cloud education to spread all over the world. It
will include tying up with the online education initiatives
for mapping and impactful implementation of the project
“ATOEFA” [Access to Education for All]
Focus on Education
 Work-Education program: Along with hands on training
our education will involve entrepreneurial involvement
that will allow kids from the age of 10 to be involved in
utilizing their education on the practical components of
work.
 Community Education: It will include the young
population to teach the adult population. The community
education will be an initiative for “Lifelong Learning” and
will teach every community in remote and rural areas basis
tenets on sustainable development, resource utilization
and betterment of life.
Focus Areas on Health
 Health Mobility: The focus of this scheme is to allow
community funding for buying vans, ambulance for
allowing people to move in from rural areas to the city.
 Health Micro funding: This will be a community based
health initiative. Any corporate enterprise, NGO can adopt
a certain remote community .The micro funding will be to
develop a life saving emergency medical cheap store and
develop life saving health skills. Community Medicine
Sponsorship Program to donate life saving medicine and
medical practice training to the footpath dwellers and the
Vulnerable in the community.
Focus on Health
 Medical Equipment Sponsorship: Providing necessary
medical equipment for remote areas for critical illness
under Health sponsorship scheme is the focus of this
initiative. It will also include Telehealth initiatives for the
remote community to provide better service from
professional and experienced physicians.
 Health Insurance: Micro insurance in the form of overdraft
premium from finance institution is the last of the effort. If
you a pay a premium of 500 INR you can avail treatment of
1000 INR without any extra cash burden.
M.A.P. (Mental Assistance
Program)
 This is an initiative for the mental assistance of the
community individuals. It will involve a round session and
counseling session of vulnerable people or those who are
mentally unstable.
 Mental Assistance Program will involve local community
members in weekly discussion .It will help to refocus
stressed individuals and vulnerable people with proper
psychological counseling under a local community mental
physician.
 Lastly mentally unstable people will also be brought under
the service and tried to be helped out in this weekly session
program
Bottom Action Plan (B.A.P.)
 This will involve in working for the destitute and the
vulnerable poverty stricken without any support.
 B.A.P. will include a micro loan and micro funding in the
form of collecting system of local community micro funds
from the extreme poverty stricken people. This collection
will be in a Systematic Investment Plan through weekly
regular fund collection with individual contribution as low
as 10 rupee possible.
 In return they will be given a community B.A.P. card and
registered for development program such as Micro
Entrpreneurship,Social Life Skills training etc for the skills
development and progress towards a better educated life.
Street Entrepreneurship and Micro
financing
 Street Entrepreneurship is a local community initiative
to encourage and help people start their own ventures.
It can be mostly in the form of food stalls. The main
initiative is to provide them with “Umbrellas” to set up
street side basic facilties.It can be for any form of
business.
 Providing them with a micro loan of max 5000 INR
from Community bank at no interest to allow them to
set up their own enterprise apart from mentoring help.
If the loan is repaved they will be eligible to take loan
again to a max amount of 5000 INR.
Comprehensive Community
Program (C.C.P.)
 Comprehensive Community Program will consist of weekly
activities with 4 activities in a monthly that will keep on
continuing throughout the year
 The first week will be for the spread of education and awareness
to keep the community clean and healthy. It will include weekly
community cleaning education and training program in
association with local civic bodies.
 Second week will be for Street Animals, Pet and Bird protection.
Helping the vulnerable animals, birds through weekly activity of
the food feeding program for the community animals and birds.
Also promoting information for the protection of animals and
birds in the community is the main focus of this weekly
initiative. Along with this weekly social development training
program for physically challenges, footpath dwellers and the
destitutes will take place under Local community clubs.
Comprehensive Community
Program (C.C.P.)
 The third week will be for the women development.It will
include training for entrepreneurship of the women .Not
only that classes for the Self protection of women including
martial arts and how to move out of danger including
physical abuse, domestic violence and other harassment.
 The Last week of the C.C.P. will be for the Old and the
Children. To give them support and advise on how they can
make their life happy and prosperous apart from giving
them training to take care of their health will be the prime
focus of the weekly training initiative.
SMARD Enterprise
 The SMARD enterprise is a collective in house for expo
and the promotion of micro and vulnerable culture
and products
 Here the sponsorship funding will be directed for the
development of indigenous arts and culture. It will
also include the community funding and advancement
of learning for the selected arts and the cultural
development of the specific communities through
community exhibition every year for one month.
Creative Excellence Scholarship
 The creative excellence scholarship is for the community
talented individuals in unusual pursuits such as dying arts,
magic and other such activities.
 The scholarship will include a quarterly minimal allowance
to allow them to contribute their creative pursuits in the
community and allow them to continue their creative
endeavours

natural resources for the best use by the humans keeping a
balance in the society and protecting the endangered
species for a balanced and sustainable community.
Project Division & Planning
 P.L.U.T.O. (People Living United Towards
Organization).This will be the ultimate committee
which will meet every 3 months on virtual network to
discuss, plan and decide the course of the project in
consultation with S.U.N. & M.O.O.N. network for
smooth and efficient coordination of the projects.
 The responsibility of the Project dealing will be done
by specific Astro Teams. The selection of the Astro
teams will be done annually in the yearly meeting and
under the joint consensus of S.U.N. ,M.O.O.N. &
P.L.U.T.O. committee members.

Committee
 S.U.N. (Supreme United Network) will be the head of the
monitoring cell. It will consist of 8 members with 2 from
each League team that will oversee the annual functioning
of each of the project and whether the goals of the project
across the four league divisions are being achieved or not.
 M.O.O.N. (Money Organized for Organizational
Network).The head of the budgeting cell and the primary
monitoring cell for the budget allocation and watchdog for
the proper utilization of the money coming in from various
funds and sponsorship programs.

 In terms of individual achievement along community
development initiative programs such as helping in
securing funding and providing ideas for functioning there
will be monetary and other awards available.
 The system of the award will be divided across 7 levels. It
will start with Violent and move to the highest margin of
Red through V.I.B.G.Y.O.R. initiative.
 It will consist of rewards in terms of the levels achieved
through personal contribution to the organization. The
awards will move from voluntary awards in the form of
designation and move towards monetary and higher
designation in the organization based on their efforts for
the development of the community.

 The main focus of the policy is to add resources in the
form of money and research work. The focus should be
on the bottom action plan .It will adding more
resources for constructive development of the
vulnerable population.

resources for the community development in a

Community Natural Resource
Protection
 This initiative will involve the program of community
participation for protection of other life forms in the
form of birds, plants and animals.
 It will include workshops, convention and charity
funding for the care, protection and treatment of
vulnerable life forms in the nature.
 Initiatives can be taken from indivual and school
projects to spread awareness and message about the
protection of natural resources for our better future.
Shared Resources initiative
 The main attempt t of this initiative is to utilize the
resources in a shared manner. This will include food,
medicine and money. It will include involving the local
community clubs for allowing the basic resources to be
shared in the community.
 The initiative will be carried out through local
community clubs and the regional chapters set up
around the world for the sharing and developing the
plan for better distribution & conservation of vital
resources such as food,water,medicine and education.
Community Development Finance
Initiative
 This involves developing a local community bank
under the audit capacity of M.O.O.N. and of course
with the permission of the local government.
 The bank will revolve around monthly subscription of
the members of both local community and service
club. The money will then be pooled in the same
manner as discussed for the network league projects
except that the entire funding is being done by the
community members of the local chapter to carry on
their initiative and action forward.
Local Community Bucket Charity
Initiative
 Every Local Community Club can take up their own
bucket challenge on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or biyearly basis. Atleast two bucket challenges must be
completed by local community clubs.
 The bucket challenge can vary from clothes, basic food
medicines and other community initiatives. The main
idea is to collect a bucket of the important resources
needed for the underprivileged community and then
distribute the resources as needed and decided by the
members of the local community.
Local Service & Community Clubs
 This will involve the formation of local service and
community clubs in every country
 Every local service or community club can start with
one year of the formation but with in a year should try
to teach at least a membership of 5-10
 The clubs should be registered in the specific category
of either service or community club for support,
mentoring and financial support & guidance.
Role of Service & Community Clubs
 The service clubs will be a training facility and the
networking of the various skills. It will include polishing of
the skills and also helping them in their skills to create
micro entrepreneurship
 Community Clubs will be the facet of the local community
for the development of the community, It would include
looking after resources ,getting together the people
through engagement for a peaceful community and
developing the resources for the optimal use. It includes
training the community for a better and greater future in
terms of socio –economic development

 Function of the service and community clubs will be to
atleast meet once a week. The agenda of the service
and community club is as earlier devised and put out

Treasurer and of course the local members.
Funding of the Local Service and
Community Clubs
 The Local Service and Community Clubs will able to
fund themselves under the Self Sustain program.
Under the guidance of the think tanks each local
community will need to organize “Yearly Online &
Offline fairs". The online expo will be supported by
SMARD platform.
 Offline expo needs to be held atleast once in a year for
product selling by the sellers under the “Street
Entrepreneurship & Micro Financing” initiative for
repayment of the loan alongside self sustained funding
for every local community & service clubs.
Local Intelligence Service Selling
 The local service selling will be under the local service
clubs. It will be undertaken Local Service Clubs. The
main initiative is to train the people of the local
community and to list their services under Local
service clubs with specific skill set to sell your services
in the local community
 The Intelligence and Skills development amongst the
local community young people will take place every
month on Sunday and train them to develop the skills
and sell them in the form of service amongst the local
community members.
Nirapada Fellowship initiative
 “Nirapada” means secured in Hindi. This initiative is an
joint funding by the “University, School & Corporate
houses” to work on the project related to a specific city or
rural area under the network league project.
 However the project which will be considered must focus
on the upliftment of the homeless, children from the
footpath with negligible chance of development. Alongside
it can also have focus on vulnerable section Old age
protection, development and upliftment program. Last but
not the least, program focused on at risk youth through
social involvement in the form of sports & community
development will be welcome. The focus will be to help the
children and the old age section of the community.
Netaji Community Leaders
Fellowship
 Netaji (Named after great leader Subhas Chandra Bose)
Community leadership fellowship is an initiative action to
choose community leaders that can lead their specific local
community to take their community forward undertaking
specific initiatives.
 The initiatives will include the development of women,
youth and the old age in the form of their upliftment
within the community. The community leader will take up
individual project under the local community and service
clubs .They need to be elected by the specific community
and then they undertake specific project through the
funding of the “Community Self Sustaining Funding
Program initiative”.
Vivekananda Social inclusive community
development for a secured society & community
 Named Vivekananda (Happiness of the Soul) this includes selecting a group of
young men and women to be named “Vivekananda Civil Community
Volunteers”.
 Their duty would to be patrol the community rotating amongst themselves
every week during night. Protecting the local community people along with the
police force for ensuring safety of women, children and the elderly people from
security threats.
 The team should be made up of atleast 10 people with optimum membership of
50.It can be extended if the local community body decides. Every Young men
and Women of able mind could be a part of the initiative and can earn 1000
rupees per month from the local community club fund.”Doing good and
serving to the cause” will be the motto of this “Vivekananda Civil Community
Volunteers". Protecting the community from danger and helping the police to
fight crime is the main motive behind the form of such teams.
Integrating the local service and community clubs
into Country and Regional Forums
 Each and every local club of the city and the rural networks
of a particular state will form the inter country regional
council.
 The intercountry regional council will form the country
forum. The forum of the countries then integrates into the
regional forums
 The intercountry regional forums will be divided as per
specific country generally into four areas of
(North,East,West & South) and for the development of the
vulnerable section and the depressed areas of the country
Global Regional Forums
 The country forums will integrate into regional forums
across the 8 sub sections at the most. It can be like
Northern-North, Northern-South, Northern East,
Northern West and similarly for other 3 direction and the
sub directions.
 The regional forums will be headed by a team consisting of
5 members. It will have the designation as per the
committee such as President, Vice
President,Treasurer,Communications officer and
Regulation officer for the administration of the regional
forums.
Country Forums
 Under the regional forums there will be Country
Forums. The Country forums will have two level of
working and administration.
 The upper level will consist of Country Captain and a
team of max. 11 administrative members for discussing
the administrative and the financing of the Country
development projects.
 The second level will consist of city and rural team
ambassadors and a team of max. 5 members who will
submit quarterly report to the Country Council
members.
Local Forums
 This will be the lowest level of the operation related to
community development projects. In ever City and rural
network league project divided as per pin/zip code will be
local teams.
 The local teams will consist of 5 -10 members for
registration and functioning. Its function will be to arrange
for funding, coordinating with the rural network league
project administration .Also arranging for micro funding
and the guidance to take specific local community
development project will be their main duties. The team
will consist of

supervisor

 The very organization aims to achieve high efficiency in
terms of community development programs.
 The very first level/lowest level of the administration will
consist of the Local service community club members
under City and Rural Network league project. The second
level will consist of the inter country councils .The third
level will consist of the Global Regional forum. Fourth level
will consist of the Global forum consisting of 7 continental
chapters .Fifth level will consist of miscellaneous members
from School, College and University teams comprising the
Youth Wing and will work under S.U.N. and M.O.O.N team
Functioning of the 5 level
administrative functioning
 The local service community team working under City and
Rural Network project league will consist of 5 members.4
with 2 members from City and 2 from Rural network
league project for a period 2 years and then extendable for 3
more years based on performance. There will be one
supervisor from S.U.N. team
 Similar is the team formation for second , third, fourth and
fifth level. One neutral supervisor from S.U.N. will be there
in every level. The member from S.U.N. in all the levels will
give supervisory reports to the M.O.O.N. team for yearly
audit as they can also independently ask for reports any
time from any of the levels for transparent administration.
