Start a Conversation Relax. Be yourself. Make small talk. Follow Up & Attend the Interview Call them prior to the interview and tell them you will see them then. Be at the office early on the day the interview so you are a familiar face when they walk in the door. Introduce them to the person who will be interviewing them. 4. Get Paid Once your Personal Recruit obtains an agent number, you are eligible for income under the Personal Recruiting Incentive Structure.
