5% income stream based

of tenure with
AIL/NILICO
There is no limit
to the number of
Personal Recruits
you can have. Recruit
as many people as you
can talk to and add to your
income stream and overall
success at the same time!
Terms & Conditions:
5% of the Personal Recruit’s production is based
on personal net life premium only. Recruiting Agent
is eligible for 5% income stream only while under active
contract with the Company. A Personal Recruit is recruited
through personal relationships or happenstance introduction.
Candidates recruited through any structured or existing
recruiting system — RMS, newspaper ads, career fairs, Internet
ads, job boards (such as Monster, CareerBuilder), Craig’s List, etc.,
kiosk placements, event recruiting, etc. — do not qualify as Personal
Recruits, nor qualify you for Personal Recruiting incentives.

The Process
1. Start a Conversation
Relax. Be yourself. Make small talk.
As you build rapport, here are some possible
questions to work into the conversation:
• What do you do for a living?
• Do you like what you are doing?
• What is your dream job?
• Are you limited in how much money
you can make?
• Do you feel like you control your
career?
Give them a AC-109 Career Unleashed Card
and tell them about your experience and
Opportunity Unlimited.

A Personal Recruit may be someone you have
a prior relationship with, someone assisting
you at a store or restaurant, or someone you
start a conversation with at church, walking
the mall or at your child’s school fair.
The Club
2. Invite them for a 1-on-1 Interview
Set a date and time for them to meet with
management at the office, exchange contact
information with them.
3. Follow Up & Attend the Interview
Call them prior to the interview and tell them
you will see them then. Be at the office early on
the day the interview so you are a familiar face
when they walk in the door. Introduce them to
the person who will be interviewing them.
4. Get Paid
Once your Personal Recruit obtains an agent
number, you are eligible for income under the
Personal Recruiting Incentive Structure.

• Personal Recruits are typically of a higher caliber and are more trainable.
• Because they already know someone — YOU — they tend to get more attention. There is a
different level of trust — instant credibility.
• Personal Recruits tend to be more personally committed and comfortable because of their
personal association.
