Deacon Board to make available income of the Fund for charitable purposes of Des Moines First,
subject to the Grant Procedures Policy. Categories used for distribution of funds are: (please

purpose and the manner in which the Grant may advance the mission of Des Moines First
and its Vision Statement: “We exist to honor God by loving and leading others to become
wholehearted followers of Christ”.
NOTE: a personal or phone interview may be a part of the approval process if more
information is needed.
