What you need to know:




Suitable for children aged 0 – 12 years (aged 1 – 12, £4; under 1s Free)
Only children who are under 4’10” (148cm) in height may play.
During busy times a time limit of 90mins will be enforced per play session.
All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all time.
Adults are allowed on the soft play in accompanying their child to help or motivate
them whilst on the soft play.
Adults must take their shoes off and keep their socks on.
It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or bars of the structure.
No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
Only one child to be in the spiral slide at one time.
Please sit down, keep your arms crossed, and always go feet first when using the
slide.
Please do not stay or play in front of the slide exits.
No climbing up the slides.
No sliding down the climbing tubes.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
Leave badges and jewellery with parent/guardian. Spectacles should only be worn if
used with a retainer and shatter-proof lenses.
Appropriate & safe clothing should be worn, i.e. arm & legs covered to avoid
possible friction and burns.
Please be aware that you will get hot and sweaty whilst using the facilities. So a
change of clothes is advisable.
Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
Please remove shoes before entering the play area socks must be worn at all times.
It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire in the play area.
No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Anyone doing this may be asked to leave.
Any concerns please, contact a member of the catering team.
Any loose objects or toys should not be thrown at each other.
Responsible photography of your own child is permitted, however any behaviour
judged to be inappropriate will be challenged.
The Toddlers entrance is only to be accessed by children aged between 1 – 4 years
and an accompanying adult.
