• All items are dishwasher safe.
• Non-chlorine based detergents are recommended for cleaning.
• Be sure not to overload your dishwasher.
• Periodically pre-soak melamine products before dishwashing to prevent staining and maintain luster.
• Use high quality pre-soaking detergent to remove hard food or stains.
• Clean as soon as possible after use to help avoid stains and protein build-up.
• Avoid scouring with abrasive cleaning products and do not use chlorine-based detergent or bleach to
clean.
• Do not heat food on this product.
• Not suitable for use in microwaves or ovens.
• Do not use with heat lamps, conveyor belts or plate warmers.
• Avoid using sharp knives which will scratch the surface.
CROCKERY
• All items are dishwasher safe.
• Clean as soon as possible after use.
• Pre-rinse before washing, at a temperature of 43°C or below
• Do not use abrasive scourers to clean.
• Use rubber or plastic scrapers to remove leftover food before cleaning.
• Plastic dishwasher racks are recommended for washing in dishwashers.
• Be sure not to overload your dishwasher.
• Always separate flatware from porcelain products in the dishwasher.
• Never stack items that were not designed for stacking.
WARRANTY
All items marked with this icon are covered by a 5 year manufacture’s warranty. Items will be replaced
for a period of 5 years, from the original date of purchase for edge chips that occur during “normal”
food service use, this warranty does not cover breakages or damage from misuse of products.
