Reflection will also help us to build and adhere to our own integrity as leaders and as heads of
organizations.
In order to build a “Prepared Mind”, the pre course is “purely reflective” in approach and structure. For
reflection to have meaning, for you - the leader, it must be related to actual situations and experiences.
Thus the reflective exercises incorporated in the pre course will lead you through a careful examination
of your own experiences to help you realize the deeper and broader meaning and impact of your
processes.
