• Inform Candidates about their schools and important locations at
each school
• Help Candidates understand how to best further their academic
careers

• Establish Objectives and create checklists
• Schedule specific times during your day to study
• Take a 10 minute break after hour of studying
• Flashcards, Mnemonics
• Visual association necessary for memory recall
• Use consistent, quiet spaces
• Review your class notes… this is critical!

• Create a preliminary outline and research your sources early
• Keep a log of all consulted sources for Bibliographies or Works Cited pages

• Begin studying 1-2 weeks in advance
• Consult your Teacher’s Assistants
• Eat protein rich foods and whole grains; avoid fatty foods and white flour
baked goods
• Come to the test 5-10 minutes early
