“Training Courses on EU Project Cycle Management within Rights
Based Approach for Local Palestinian NGOs”
Optimum for Consultancy and Training with the support of the
European Union will organize two-days training course on Basic
Project Cycle Management (PCM) for local Palestinian NGOs on 3228 November 2016, as to upgrade the technical quality of the
submitted proposals to the European Union.
Training Details:
Target group: Local NGO staff responsible for proposal writing, fund
raising, monitoring and evaluation.
Course Language: The training will be delivered in English
Course Duration: Two- full training days from 08:30 to16:30
Course Dates: 22-24 November 2016 in Ramallah and 27-28
November 2016 in Gaza
Location: West Bank and Gaza Strip (Locations to be defined later)
Course agenda: The training will have a practical orientation and
will focus on the following aspects: Drafting of concept notes and
project proposals proposals following rights-based approach,
methodological and analytical tools for the design and
implementation of grant project.
These trainings will target potential beneficiaries of grant contracts
under the EU external assistance programs in Palestine1.
Who can apply?
The training is open to members of all local Palestinian NGOs that
fall under the following criteria:
- Legal persons, non-profit making, non–governmental
organizations, nationals of Palestine, with human rights and
democracy mandate only.
Interested applicants are invited to send a request according to the
registration form.
Requests must be in English and be sent at the latest by Tuesday
22nd November at 12:00 Noon for West Bank Training, and by
Saturday 26th November at 12:00 Noon for Gaza Training. Please

Due to the limited number of places available, priority will be given
to eligible organizations on a “first come, first served” basis.
The organizations selected to participate will be informed in
