player/parent wishes and believes the player’s skills can handle the older division.
A player born in 2003 (bantam division) but would rather play in the peewee house league, may choose that option.

InconsiderationofbeingallowedtoparticipateinanywayintheNewGlasgowKinsmenMinorBaseball
athletic/sportsprogram,relatedeventsandactivities,theundersignedacknowledges,appreciatesand
agreesthat:
1. Theriskofinjuryfromtheactivitiesinvolvedinthisprogramissignificant,includingthe
potentialforpermanentparalysisanddeath,andwhileparticularrules,equipment,and
personaldisciplinemayreducetherisk,theriskofseriousinjurydoesexistand,

usedto conducttheevent(Releasees),WITHRESPECTTOANYANDALLINJURY,DISABILITY,
DEATH,orlossordamagetopersonorproperty,WHETHERCAUSEDBYNEGLIGENCEOFTHE
RELEASEESOROTHERWISE.
