INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL COMPANY is one of the
leading manufacturers of several building material and decor products, spreading across the local
markets of the U.A.E. Middle East, South Asia and
Russia. Our company has grow successfully since
its inception in 1974 when we operated with just
fifty staff members. We started our portable accommodation and housing units construction. Our
continuing strive for quality which places a high
emphasis on research development and procurement of quality materials from Europe and the
U.S.A., has helped maintain our strong positioning
in the market.

Being part of the Speed House Group, our journey
since inception in 1987 has been a very exciting

Although the start was to supply our sister companies with minor GRP products to their prefab
housing units, today I.C.C products have become
a market leader in mass storage solutions for different types of liquids & fluids. Whether it’s sewerage, water or oil, we custom design and produce
a solution for our clients. We have also established
strategic alliances with companies in Korea, South
Africa, France and Greece to ensure using the latest
in technology & raw materials.
Not limiting ourselves to storage tanks, we also
produce all types of electric enclosures, bathtubs,
swimming pools and decorative items which ensure our clients a solution to any of their G.R.P.
(Fiberglass) needs.

SMC Panel Tank
Sungil’s GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) sheets
are produced and imported from Korea. Our GRP
water tank is made from the finest materials to ensure top product quality and customer satisfaction.
During the lifetime installation of the product, we
address all our customers’ needs with promptness.

The Glass fiber Reinforced Panel is molded under
high temperature and pressure conditions to maintain the best endurance. Using stainless steel for the
exterior, the panel exhibits excellent resistance to
erosion. As the surface of G.R.P panels are even and
smooth, sediment deposits do not form, thus corrosion does not occur. In addition, external light is fully
blocked and any propagation of bacteria or various
germs is inhibited, making hygienic use over long
time periods possible.

(SMC) at 150 degree Celsius and 100 kg

GRP Pipes and Manholes
Different types of resins are used, leading to the following categories:
GRP using Isophtalic Resin in structural
wall and Vinylester Resin in liner (where
applicable). For both underground and
aboveground applications, restrained
and non-restrained systems, in temperatures up to 60°C
GRV using Vinylester Resin throughout.
For industrial application where specific
chemical resistance is required. Used
mainly in aboveground applications in
temperatures up to 85°C

protection can be applied to allow for additional fire-retardance.

GRP Lining Surface Coating
GRP Lining Applications:
In order to ensure good wetting good adhesion of the coating should be primed
with a resin mixed. This is usually applied
with lamb-skin rollers. This coat of primer
should seal all the pores, but not be more
than 0.2 - 0.3mm thick.

After the primer has galled, layers of
chopped strand mat are applied by the
hand lay-up method followed by resin
with roller applications. Each layer air
bubbles are expelled by using a steel
roller in a process that meets to the consultant and client’s requirements.
