We work with Central Coordinators for:

Central Coordinators
Central coordinators (AK, JR, JS) develop Action Plans for
National Coordinators detailing:
 (sub)tasks based on task descriptions in DoW
 deliverables and milestones
 dependencies between (sub)tasks
 priorities of (sub)tasks
 planning in time

National Coordinators




Each national RCT participant assigns three national
coordinators,
National Coordinators provide a monthly report to the
three Central Coordinators,
Central coordinators are assisted by central assistants (LK,
EK),
A similar structure will be set up for WP 3 and WP 4 and
discussed in Valencia.
